Great stay. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Excellent location, right next to the local hotel, and short drive to the public boat ramp for Lake Eildon access. Communication from host was outstanding. Would definitely consider a stay at Mudita again.
Hi,
We enjoyed our stay and had great fun with family and friends. Very peaceful serenity with close proximity to late night pub and eating.

Must stay for great excursions
Nice property for a gateway with family & friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bonnie Doon. Our experience from booking, stay and departure was seamless. The house had everything what we needed.
Caz was great to deal with, place is very well equipped and the bottle of sparkling wine a lovely touch. We also appreciated arriving to a nicely warmed house when the heater was left on for us.
Great location for water access and heaps of room around the house for cars and trailers. Very walk to the Pub for a meal or drink and lovely area downstairs for relaxing at night.
Can be a bit noisy on busy weekend due to proximity to pub but very manageable.
Property was as described in a great location close to water and pub.
The backyard has so much room for everyone to hang out, the fire pit was amazing with the clear night stars.
Property is dog friendly although small dogs could potentially get through the front gate.
We loved this house, it's nicely presented, with a cosy feeling in the living area with a fireplace and nice decor. On the Saturday night, however, the neighbours had a very noisy party until well after midnight. They also had a dog barking for ages through the night.

We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the towels at the property; some were threadbare in places and many were badly stained. The property was advertised with wifi; the owner confirmed there was no wifi when we messaged to question it. Also 2 of the advertised toilets were external to the home as was one of the advertised bathrooms - down 15 external stairs is not ‘in’ the property! We struggled with one toilet inside the only internal bathroom for 5 adults! Not good value for what we paid at all sadly. Owner was nice to deal with but that does not make up for the downfalls of the property.
Couldn't have asked for anything more. Although this place is animal friendly we don't have animals and it was everything we thought it was and more I will be reccomending this place to family and friends and will be back in the future sometime
This property was a great place to stay in for a family holiday. It has beautiful views, it’s easily accessible and located in a very convenient area. Everything in the house was provided so that was great! However, the dining table only sat 6 people, even though the house accommodates up to 8 people. If it accommodates 8, the dining table should be bigger. The second bathroom also requires going outside and downstairs which should have been stated in the listing as we thought it would be inside the house.
Has everything you need for a relaxing stay in a lovely area of Victoria. The fully fenced property is a bonus. Being very close to the hotel is great if you don’t want to cook/BBQ.
Mudata is an excellent place to stay.
I will recommend it to family and friends and hope to return in the near future.

Dirty
Upon arrival animal hair and dirt on couch and floor, spiders and dirt in bath, dead flies everywhere, bed squeaky, neighbours played loud music until late, overall not a good experience
