It has a ceiling fan in the bedrooms and living room, garage for up to 3 cars, covered area with barbecue. Close to market, bakery, butcher, bars and Danceteria Sirena. Nice and quiet place, six blocks from the beach.(approximately 10 minutes walk). The entrance is shared with the kitinet guests.
