Imóvel simples, porém, muito aconchegante. Tudo muito perto, praia, shopping, mercado e lojas. Com certeza voltaremos.

Casinha a beira mar com mata atlântica, muito verde, vento, pássaros, jardim delicia. Dentro de condominio com toda a segurança. Churrasqueira aproveitamos. Acesso às melhores praias: Baleia, Camburi, Maresias...

Ótima localização e condomínio

A casa está muito bem localizada e o condomínio oferece uma boa estrutura. Estes são os pontos fortes da nossa estada. A casa é boa, com uma excelente internet, porém precisa melhorar alguns aspectos de manutenção e utensílios na cozinha, além de disponibilizar itens básicos de limpeza como esponja de lavar louça, detergente e papel higiênico. Do restante tudo estava de acordo com o anúncio e as nossas expectativas.

Muito bom!

A estadia foi ótima! Desde que fechei a casa a comunicação com o Flávio foi ideal. Cheguei a noite e não tive problema com o check in e a casa estava super limpa, com tudo que estava descrito no anúncio. O condomínio é ótimo e as crianças se divertiram muito. A praia é linda mas para criança não aconselho, mas fomos nas praias ao lado e aproveitamos muito. Tudo ótimo! Pretendo voltar! Flavio, muito obrigada!
