Quaint upstairs studio apt. Very comfortable bed. Adequate kitchen, small bathroom but had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Convenient location to Vanderbilt. I would stay again if needed.
Just needed a place to crash for the night and it was absolutely perfect for that. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. Easy to find, easy to get in, easy check out, and host answered the phone immediately when I called.
Great neighborhood great communication, cute place. My only comment is that a few of the dishes, pans and silverware were dirty. I had to wash a lot of stuff before I used it. Other than that, it was a good stay. Host was amazing.
Rhonda’s place was clean, very comfortable bed, had amenities. It is close to downtown and restaurants and stores. Everything I needed my weekend stay. Rhonda communicated exceptionally well. She made the arrivals and departure process very easy.
I travel to Nashville every 3 months for my cancer checkups. This is the second time I've stayed at this property. Rhonda is the perfect host, she makes sure everything is ready and if yoy need something she great at providing it, Great cozy little apartment to stay in.
The property listing gives the impression that you will be staying in someone's home - while it is a house, when I drove up, it looked like a badly maintained frat house. Trash on the porch, overgrown yard, and no information from the host, until I contacted her, that my unit was one of 4 and was on the 2nd floor, up a narrow staircase, and was hotter than heck with a window air conditioner that wouldn't go below 71 degrees. While the room itself didn't seem overly dirty, the carpet inside the house was and there was one ratty bath towel in the bathroom. I stayed for about 20 minutes and decided I couldn't stay for what turned out to be a very busy wedding weekend.
Rhonda was a great host and this was a great place to stay! It was well-located and had everything we needed for a nice weekend trip. Obviously a small space because it is a studio but it was perfect for my boyfriend and I during our weekend getaway!
Host was nice, check in was super easy. Apartment was a little bit dated and might benefit from some updates in a few areas but overall it did the job. Bed was super comfy so bonus points for that.
This cozy apartment is exactly as listed. One clarification is that I see this space like a 2-person tent. Sure, 2 can fit, but it's most comfortable with only 1 (or 2 people who do not mind being in each other's space). It's not modern or updated but it has all the essentials, with the most important being a VERY comfortable bed which saved me on a daily basis. It is half a mile to Kroger and Brown's Diner and only a little further to all of Hillsboro Village. Street parking is plentiful and the neighborhood is quiet. This isn't a party pad. This is a cozy retreat close to everything.
The only complaint was the check in process. You pull up to this house and theres no instructions or direction to go to the right place but the host answered my call immediately and talked me through it. Everything was as described and she was very nice.
Rhonda was a great host, she met and greeted me upon my arrival she made sure everything was for my stay. The apartment is very cozy and nice, everything you could want.Look forward to staying there again on my next trip to Nashville.
I slept well, the most important quality anywhere you spend the night. The shower water temperature control is touchy. I had a bit of a challenging finding the location after dark and had to contact the property for instructions where to get in.
