Rhonda wasn't personally available to meet but the communication between was great and informative. Beautiful neighborhood. Kroger is about 2 and a half blocks away and situated very near the expressway and a few restaurants before you head downtown to Nashville's, Broadway Street.
For the most part a good stay. Didn’t realize it was upstairs. One Neighbor made a comment about having a young child. Probably good for 1 person and no children. Not able to adjust the air and it was very warm. Host was very nice.
The apartment was in a perfect location, not too far from the city. The neighborhood was quiet! Was the perfect getaway place. The host was amazing to work with!
The location and price are hard to beat. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Front area a little cluttered. Older unit, def best for one. Taller folks- the doorways are shorter. scalped my head at night going to bathroom. I think due to unit being older and top floor hot air seems to trap in afternoon/ evening Woke up each night sweating. Not great sleep at all. Couldn’t turn AC unit below 71. Brought a fan from my daughter and that helped a little. Host was great and place was fine. Might stay there again but not in summer season.
Quaint upstairs studio apt. Very comfortable bed. Adequate kitchen, small bathroom but had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Convenient location to Vanderbilt. I would stay again if needed.
Just needed a place to crash for the night and it was absolutely perfect for that. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. Easy to find, easy to get in, easy check out, and host answered the phone immediately when I called.
Rhonda’s place was clean, very comfortable bed, had amenities. It is close to downtown and restaurants and stores. Everything I needed my weekend stay. Rhonda communicated exceptionally well. She made the arrivals and departure process very easy.
Great neighborhood great communication, cute place. My only comment is that a few of the dishes, pans and silverware were dirty. I had to wash a lot of stuff before I used it. Other than that, it was a good stay. Host was amazing.
I travel to Nashville every 3 months for my cancer checkups. This is the second time I've stayed at this property. Rhonda is the perfect host, she makes sure everything is ready and if yoy need something she great at providing it, Great cozy little apartment to stay in.
Rhonda was a great host and this was a great place to stay! It was well-located and had everything we needed for a nice weekend trip. Obviously a small space because it is a studio but it was perfect for my boyfriend and I during our weekend getaway!
Host was nice, check in was super easy. Apartment was a little bit dated and might benefit from some updates in a few areas but overall it did the job. Bed was super comfy so bonus points for that.
Rhonda was a great host, she met and greeted me upon my arrival she made sure everything was for my stay. The apartment is very cozy and nice, everything you could want.Look forward to staying there again on my next trip to Nashville.
