Vila Praiana - Apartment 8 - Apartment for families of up to six people.

Amidst the tropical mountains overlooking the sea and islands of Praia da Lagoinha Beach in Ubatuba, Vila Praiana offers seven unique apartments, equipped for families of four. The minimalist and modern design offers the simple lifestyle of this caiçara community. Lagoinha Beach is ideal for families with young children and sunbathers, while Sapê Beach (next door) is a good, well-known surf spot with instructors for both surf and stand-up paddle. Ubatuba has over 100 beaches at your disposal!

Our layout is wonderfully complicated, giving character to each apartment and maximizing the ocean view.

Unit 8 is a duplex, with a living room above with a sofa bed, and downstairs with double direct foot to the kitchen. On the same level of the kitchen are the bathroom and the bedroom with double bed and bunk bed.

Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with fridge (freezer), microwave, oven and hob; bathroom with shower, living room with 32 "LED TV with SkyLivre and ceiling fan. There is air conditioning in the double bedroom. Four of our units offer child-friendly bunk beds, in a second small bedroom, or within the master bedroom. Three units contains a sofa bed in the living room.
We provide pillows (4), tea towels (2) and bathroom floors and a cover by bed. However, a fee will be charged on the bed and bath set.
You will find a small amount of sugar, salt, coffee, detergent and toilet paper for your arrival.
