Welcome to a place where friends and family come to enjoy the nature, the outdoors and each other’s company. It is a great get-away place throughout the year: spring, summer, fall or winter – there is plenty to do any time of the year. This cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath town house with open floor layout is conveniently located in the private community 2 minutes away from the CamelBack Ski Resort, CamelBeach, Adventure, CamelBack Indoor Waterpark. So close you can literally see it from the windows.
This beautiful town house is a home away from home. 3 bedroom 2 full bath town house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and is suitable for up to 7 guests. Additionally, one of the bedrooms on the second floor has a toddler bed with guards (you would need to bring your own crib sheets and blanket). Password code lock allows for easy check-in/check-out and each guest to have access to the property independent of each other.
The first floor has an open floor plan connecting kitchen dining room and living room. You can relax in the living room next to the gas fireplace watching cable TV, DVDs, or stream through your favorite player, or listen to your favorite tunes by playing CDs or your phone.
Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware, dishware and utensils, all you need is groceries and some magic to make any meal. Coffee lovers will find a traditional coffee machine along with the Keurig single-cup machine. Dining room is suitable for up to 8 people. We also have a booster seat, toys, if needed. Linens and towels are provided with extra sets available, if needed.
The house is stocked with everything, you would only need to bring (or purchase in the nearby supermarket) your own toiletries, if needed. The house also has Washer and Dryer for your use, just bring your own detergent.
Parking for 2 cars is conveniently located directly by the front entrance making loading and unloading a breeze. Additional parking is available in the overflow parking lot.
Our community offers an outdoor pool, tennis and basketball courts and children playground that are accessible to our guests. Camelback Mountain with skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing in the winter, and Camelbeach Mountain waterpark in the summer. The 1000’ Dual Zip Lines, Mountain Coaster, Mountain Segways, and TreeTops Adventure Course are another of Camelback Mountain Adventures' heart-pounding experiences.
Aquatopia, America’s top indoor waterpark, is 5 minutes away, and Kalahari, America’s largest indoor waterpark, is 20 minutes away
Crossings Premium Outlets featuring over 100 stores is 10 minutes away, Mountain Airy Casino Resort 17 minutes away, and Nascar is 20 miles away.

Our unit is located inside the beautiful Northridge at Camelback Mountain community. A few community standards you should be aware of before requesting to book are as follows:
*Security: Although it is not a gated community, there is visible 24/7 security that patrols the area for everyone’s safety.
*Parking: The license plate numbers for all vehicles are required. There is parking for two vehicles directly outside of our unit, and additional parking is available in the overflow lot (.5 miles away). Additionally, the full legal name of all adult overnight guests must be registered in advance as required by our homeowner's association.
*Outdoor Pool: For pool passes, names of all guests who request to use the pool must be given at least 5 days in advance to be added to the welcome list. (Outdoor pool available seasonally.)
*Fireworks: No Fireworks of any type may be used or set off within our community at any time!
*Trash: Garbage can be disposed of in our community trash compactor. There is no curbside trash collection. Garbage can never be left outside the unit at any time and may attract bears.
*Please note that this unit shares a wall with one other unit. We appreciate your respect of our neighbors’ right to a quiet community. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially within quiet hours in the community between 10pm - 8am.
*Citations and additional cleaning fee: Security officers are on patrol 24/7 and violators of these rules may receive a ticket and fine. The booking guest assumes the responsibility for any and all citations issued during their stay, including any damage or additional cleaning fee beyond any security deposit.
Other things to note
Keep in mind that the area is on a higher elevation and it gets colder at night, even during the summer month. Dress warm or bring extra clothing.
You are surrounded by the wild nature, which includes mosquitoes and ticks during the summer season. Repellents are highly recommended.
The house is not baby proofed. Children under 2 should not be left unattended around staircases and fireplace.
No pets allowed on property.
We will need you to provide all names and ages of persons staying at the house. Also plate number and state the plate is in of all the vehicles. All this information is for the registration form that has to be filled out for the community so your car won't be towed and that they know you are on the property. For security reasons.

My friend and our teen daughters stayed here for a ski weekend and had a wonderful time. Beds were comfy, and sitting by the fireplace in the warmth and comfy living room after a full day skiing was so nice. We loved that we could walk to the ski resort. All in all a lovely place to stay!
Overall, my family had a great time staying here. The Christmas decorations were a lovely touch and made the place feel extra homey and charming.The home itself is spacious and generally clean, and once we settled in, we were able to enjoy quality time together. The host was also very responsive and promptly replied whenever we needed to reach them, which we really appreciated.That said, there were a few things that made the beginning of our stay a bit uncomfortable. The first-floor bathroom looks quite old,, although it didn’t have any odor and was likely cleaned, it appeared worn, soiled and not washed. The shower on the first floor also drained slowly. In the kitchen, sink had rust and mold along the refrigerator door seal, and the washing machine didn’t appear very clean. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable for us.Once we got past these issues, the place felt warm and inviting, and we were able to enjoy our stay. With some updates and deeper cleaning in a few areas, this could be an even better experience.
We had a wonderful weekend with out Grandsons in Tannerville. Loved the town house we rented and the development. We saw deer several times. The home and the amenities were lovely. We enjoyed the pool also. Location was great, convenient to everything.
We stayed at this house right near camelback. It was less than a 1/2 mile drive, but no way could we walk to the mountain with our ski equipment and young kids. The place was clean, plenty of room and very comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and was perfect for our family ski trip!
This house was perfect to getaway from the city with our family. One of the highlights of our trip was the daily visits of deer in the backyard. My kids loved seeing our visitors. The house had everything we needed to entertain ourselves. It was close to a lot of attractions.

We really enjoyed the house.It gave us an opportunity to be together as a family.Talking playing games and enjoying each other’s company.The only thing that perhaps could have been better was the mattress above the bunk beds.My daughter was awfully cranky because she didn’t get any sleep..I would recommend this house to anyone who wants some family fun time.
Greta location for sure. Super safe and quiet. Kept my little family warm and comfortable for our snowboarding trip. Can things be updated? Sure. Can it be trendier? Sure. But that’s not what you’ll be coming here for. Great communication as well.
Good location, close to Camelback, in a secluded cul-de-sac.
Snowed in the morning and by 930, the area was already plowed and salted.
Owners were very responsive to emails.
Condo was very neat, not the most up-dated though.
Trash compactor was a 3-5 minute drive through the neighborhood.
House was perfect for our daughter's family - 3 boys. Lots to do in the area and it was great.

Why they chose this property
We are frequent visitors of Camelback resort throughout the year. As soon as we saw this house we fell in love with it. Conveniently located in less than a minute away from the main entrance to the Camelback Resort, yet still secluded on the cul-de-sac and away from the traffic, this is perfect for our family. We can get back into the house at anytime during our visit (to have lunch, take a nap, etc.) without a long drive back and forth, our boys can run around and ride their bikes right in front of the house without us being worried about traffic.
Open floor layout allows the entire family to be together while not getting on each other's way.
This is the place we go to escape from our busy life and to get recharged and we want to share it with families like ours.
