This 3 bedroom/2 bath Condo has everything you need for a fun filled, relaxing beach getaway! Bright and roomy, the two story condo is just a short walkway to the ocean and a few steps from the pool and tennis courts. Enjoy balconies on either side of the unit - a partial view toward beach and a view over the pool plus a lower patio. The kitchen is well-stocked and labeled with all of the dishes and cooking items needed for your stay. The living area is spacious with plenty of seating and large screen TV. Three bedrooms boast a beachy chic décor with comfortable beds and TVs in each. Beach cart and supplies, and grill are provided as well.

While in St. Augustine, don't miss out on the great history and activities the area has to offer. This condo is located convenient to all of the area attractions. Ride Ripley’s Red Train around the area and take in the historic beauty of Downtown St. Augustine! Explore the oldest fort in the continental United States, the Castillo San Marcos, and stroll down colorful St. George Street filled with shops and restaurants of irresistible local flare. You might even spot a Pirate or Spanish Conquistador in period attire! Breathe in the warm, salty air as you enjoy a romantic walk along the waterfront as the sun sets, casting its final rays on the sparkling water, the drifting boats, and the picturesque Bridge of Lions. But don’t forget to make good use of the night by experiencing the Ghost train or Haunted House tour. Enjoy the endless variety of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, art galleries and book stores.

Wonderful Vacation Experience!

The condo was spacious and clean. The location was excellent and the condo was well stocked. We have stayed at quite a few condos in the area and this one was the best!

Condo was very nice. Needed some TLC but keep in mind it is a rental and others don’t treat it as their own. Needed plastic plates for children so they didn’t break theirs. Living room needs more seating. Would definitely stay again as it is spacious . Basically had pool to ourselves.

This was our first time vacay-ing in St. Augustine and we enjoyed our stay at Montego Bay. It’s spacious, has lot to offer, and is exactly what you see in the pics. The owners are great and very responsive.

Amazing place

This condo was amazing. The inside was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything that you would need was included. You can walk out the back door and the pool is right there. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Christmas getaway

We loved the spaciousness of the house and the ease to walk to the beach. The proximity to town was perfect for us to take a quick Uber. The inside of the house is nicely decorated and furnishings were very comfortable. We loved everything so much that we hope to make this our yearly tradition!

THREE COUPLE GETAWAY

We loved this condo as soon as we seen it! It’s beautiful on the outside as well as the inside and very clean! We loved the fact that everything we needed was supplied like beach chairs, beach wagon etc. , that saved us a lot of room in our car on the trip. There was plenty of room for everyone and we also loved that there was a garage. We definitely want to come back!

Just what we needed!

My sister and I took our daughter for a girls trip! It was perfect. Everyone had their own space. The younger kids loved having the pool right outside the condo doors while the older girls loved the walks on the beach. Near quiet beach

If you like being a little out of the way near a quiet, not-so-busy beach, this is a great location. Condo has kitchen and one bedroom upstairs and well-stocked kitchen. We did find some trash in odd places and bugs (in sofa cushions, under beds), but owner was notified and responded. It's Florida, so bugs are to be expected.

Nothing short of perfect!

We stay in St. Augustine every summer, and was our first time staying at Montego Bay, but it certainly will not be our last! The villa was the perfect amount of space for our family of 6. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly think of (including a state of the art blender for your poolside drinks, which we enjoyed a lot since the pool was just a few steps away). The beds are comfy and the master bath was so spacious. Another perk is having a garage to keep all your beach gear. The unit has a beach wagon, beach towels and toys for you to use too. The beach isn’t too far of a walk either. We enjoyed our stay so much and we are already talking about booking again for next year. Thanks for providing such a great place where families can make sweet St. Augustine memories!

Every Thing You Need

First let me start with we are a retired military family and have traveled all about. We are also foster parents of six, two seven month old baby boys and four teenage girls. This home has every item you will need! Next time, and there will be a next time, as long as this home is for rent, I will pack lightly! We have a huge home in Texas, and this home has more than enough space for our family of eight. Our four teenage girls loved their space. There is to much to mention. There is cleaning supplies, vacuum, toiletries, WiFi, Netflix, every item for the beach is in the garage with bikes! The home is decorated nicely and there are plenty of bed linens, towels, wash clothes, beach towels. They have thought of every item you will need! We commuted from Texas (Fort Hood area) and the 16 hour drive was tiring, but good. Upon arrival to the home a lady greeted us, welcomed us, and opened the home for us. Any time I texted with a need, the manager was super sweet and accommodated our family. Once again, this home is comfy, and has everything a family, especially a large family will need. I love this home and we have taken great care of it! So that it will be enjoyable for the next family. I pray you all enjoy it as much as we have. We will book again! That’s a promise! It was a nice place. Suited our needs for a short stay. It could use a refresh: paint and replacing the cloth furniture/barstools so that it’s easier to maintain for future guest's. There were many stains on living room furniture/barstools/carpets. Other than everything else was clean.

The host gave me all the information before I arrived and I had no issues accessing the house or the amenities. It was about a 4th mile walk to the beach. But there was a nice trail. Even saw a few tortoises. There were multiple well taken care of pools to enjoy. The home was pretty clean with just a few stains on the carpets. Would rent again.

Amazing stay in Montego Bay!

Our family of six (4 adults and 2 kids) had an amazing stay at Montego Bay! The home was beautifully decorated, clean, and incredibly spacious—perfect for both relaxing and spending quality time together. The open-concept layout made it easy for us to gather for meals and games, and everyone had plenty of room to spread out when they needed a little downtime. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the equipment we needed to make cooking a breeze, and the beds were super comfortable. We loved how peaceful the neighborhood was, and access to the pool, tennis court, and beach made it a perfect location for our vacation. A supermarket, Starbucks, multiple restaurants and stores, are all nearby. And it was just a short drive to the historic downtown area where we found great restaurants, shops, and entertainment. This home truly had everything we needed and more. We made some wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located place to stay in St. Augustine!

Spring Break

The condo was extremely clean and well-maintained. The space was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids (ages 12 and 15) The kitchen had everything we could need for meals. The beach chairs, toys and wagon were helpful for the days we went down to the beach.

Our Florida happy place

We love this condo! We appreciate the quiet of the resort, the upscale amenities inside and out, the beautiful pool right out the french doors, and the view from the second-story balcony.
