Great spot

This is a great property and it’s in a great location. Parking was available directly under the condo, it’s an easy walk to the beach and to all the surrounding attractions.

Very nice condo

Overall a great stay!

Everything was great except a couple of things. The water in the condo is not the greatest, even at max temperature you’re taking a moderately warm bath or shower in yellowish water. The pool was also disappointing, it’s much smaller than it appears in photos and the water was hot and disgusting, lots of bugs and hair in the pool. There are also no lounge chairs. The location is great and convenient, the boardwalk is a quick walk down the beach. If you’re not a pool or bath person this is a great place for you!

Great location with pier access to beach. Condo was not as clean as we would have liked for the money we spent on "cleaning services". Air filter in wall was filthy. Floor was covered in sand and dirt. Patio door is broken and comes off the track easily.

The condo was okay. Needs some upgrades for sure, especially the flooring in the main living area. Beds were very uncomfortable. Not enough towels provided but luckily we brought our own. The noise from upstairs made the stay exhausting and it went on until well after midnight every night.

Beach side

We had a great experience staying here. The condo was very roomy and was the perfect size for me, my husband, our daughter, and our two friends with their daughter! The walk to the beach is one of the shortest I've had even staying at single unit places. We also enjoyed the private parking under the condo. Would definitely stay here again

Very nice location and place. The only complaint i have is the floors. They were very dirty. Our feet were black and you could feel the grime on the floors. Other than that everything was wonderful! Would definitely stay again.

Summer Stay in CB

Very satisfied with this unit and location! Communication with the Manager in advance of our stay was very good, and she honored our request to come a little early. Check-in was easy. The unit was clean and bath towels were individually wrapped. AC was fine and no issues with hot/cold water. TV was easy to use and the WiFi was good. We paid a premium for this unit, compare to other comparables, but no regrets as it was beach front and a first-level unit. Easy access and parking. Kitchen utensils were well stocked. My only 'criticism' on this unit is that it claims to accomodate 7 people. It does have a queen and 2 twin-sized beds, and a pull out....but this would be a very tight fit for 7 persons. I would say it accomodates 5 max. Would definitely stay there again!

Filthy floors

We enjoyed our stay for the most part, the condo looked nice and clean. The minute you took off your shoes and walked around barefoot or in socks, they were filthy. I took pictures of the dirty feet n socks. Please was the floors more then once a year! Also, the condo contains the bare necessities. Bring or buy everything else you need. Couldn't even find a bandaid. Most VRBO's we've stayed at have extra shampoo, or bandaids, or ketchup or beach chairs! It makes a difference when you have those little extras.

Good location

Nice property and location. Very close to the beach and walking distance to several places to eat. Property was very clean and had everything you need to have a great time at the beach. Two things to note: 1. The mattresses need to be replaced. Every time you moved they would make noise, Didn't make for a good nights sleep. 2. While the property was clean, there was an unopened condom pack under the bed. Other than those 2 items, again, great property and location.

Dissapointed

The townhouse was cute and as advertised. The beds were comfortable bur if you moved they were very noisy. Tried contacting host on 3 different occasions with no reply. There was construction of roof in complex which left deck unable to use. Was never notified by host that there would be construction during our dray! Could be a perfect place with a little help on the beds.

AMAZING PLACE!

This was by far the best location we have ever stayed! I recommend this location to everyone! We had our wedding on the beach outside of the property the weekend we stayed! It could not have been more amazing! The property manager was so helpful and so nice! We look forward to keeping in contact with her to visit this location again!!!
