While we ensure that all beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers, we kindly ask guests to bring their own sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. Additionally, guests are expected to provide their own laundry detergent, dish soap, personal soap, and toilet paper among other personal necessities.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going to SWR for past 20 years saying at Jubilee units 12, 7 and the past 12years at Unit 10 . Jubilee apartments are close to the Beach and shops and although we will continue to stay at Jubilee there has been no changes or updates made to the unit for 10 years I would suggest a new bed in the main bedroom and internet connectivity for a start.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a few nights in the unit during school term- so the town wasn’t busy with tourists. We found alll places we ate at were very accommodating and friendly (because we have kids) and the town is just so friendly overall.The unit had everything we needed (I ordered linen separately from Sam and it was a seamless process). We took all the essentials as listed in the information pack but didn’t actually need any of it- the apartment had dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, toilet paper etc already.Didn’t mind cleaning up at the end of a our stay, however the instructions asked us to sweep the floors and there wasn’t a broom anywhere we could find it so we had to make do with a cheap dustpan and brush.No ocean views- but the unit is in such a good location it didn’t matter. We walked everywhere and would happily stay again & recommend to friends.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Whilst we loved the unit size/layout and location. We had very significant problems with EVERY bed in every room. One bed completely collapsing. The real estate was very helpful and sent handyman around, and he was good BUT, we had to eat our dinner with someone driLLIng and working on the beds. At 7pm on a fri we said we'd do last clean up... the vacuum cleaner was disgusting, so full of dust etc , with no bag, it couldn't be used. I did advise real estate who undertook to address and notify owners of our concerns. The blankets were musty and a bit small for queen bed. This was a special occasion holiday and I rented a more expensive unit in the area for this reason. The outdoor furniture needed wiping over as well. The unit is very spacious and bright/airy. There was no offer of any compensation, a nights credit etc. I'm not sure I would recommend, beds are important.

This is our 5th time staying in Jubilee 10. We also love coming back as we settle in so quick and everything is so close to the accomodation SWR is our little paradise!

The location is perfect - easy underground parking, right in the cbd close to coffee shops and food, only a few steps to the beach. Check in/check out was easy & the staff at Elders were very helpful with advising services who provide linen/towels etc. Only downside is the apartment isn’t available for our next holiday dates!
