Step outside onto not one, but two spacious balconies. Whether you're enjoying a BBQ on the Weber, soaking up the sun on the lounge, or unwinding with a book, this space is perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful outlook.

With three well-appointed bedrooms, there’s plenty of space for families or couples all beds include linen:

Master bedroom: Queen bed, TV, and private ensuite with spa bath
Bedroom 2: Trio bunk (double on bottom, single on top)
Bedroom 3: Two single beds

Additional features include a fully equipped internal laundry with washer and dryer for your convenience.

Located just a short stroll from the park, kids will love the modern playground, while the nearby walking and bike tracks are perfect for outdoor adventures.

Whether you love fishing, swimming, snorkelling, surfing or taking in a bit of history at the Trial Bay Gaol or Smoky Cape Lighthouse, this is a great place to escape and is the ideal family retreat by the beach perfect for year-round swimming.

South West Rocks is popular as a holiday destination for its variety of beaches including Horseshoe Bay, Main Beach, Little Bay, Gap Beach, North Smoky and Smoky Beach. Beginners and experienced surfers will both find waves to suit them or take a surf lesson with Trent Munro Surf Academy.

Fish Rock Cave, 2 km offshore, is one of the best cave dives in the country, a 125-m passage through the centre of a small island, with an amazing variety of marine life including grey nurse sharks, turtles and spotted eagle rays.

The area has a rich heritage set on cliffs high above the sea, Trial Bay Gaol was built in the 1880s to house prisoners and then as an internment camp for Germans and Austrians living in Australia during World War 11. Smoky Cape Lighthouse is one of the oldest, and tallest, lighthouses in NSW.

We've stayed at this apartment many times and it feels like coming home. It's well equipped (and now has wifi and a coffee machine. There are 2 balconies so you can always get the sun, shade, or breeze.There are 2 flights of stairs but beach things can be stores in the lockup garage.

Nice apartment very convenient for beach, shops and cafes. Very clean and well equipped. There was a smart TV but unable to use the features as there was no internet. We had 2 kids who would have loved there to be WiFi. The other thing was the linen situation. We either had to bring our own or hire it We chose to hire it at a cost of $60 I am sure linen could be part of the cost - nobody wants to start making up beds when they first arrive and also stripping beds before they leave. (I think it must be a South West Rocks thing as I’ve never experienced it anywhere else.

Great Unit/Great Spot

Lovely spacious unit, tasteful furniture, in the middle of town walk to everything. Would highly recommend. Very clean unit, have stayed at other units similar with other agents but this unit is nice and clean. Cleaner should be commended. Linen provided by R&R Linen was lovely and fresh, towels fluffy and very friendly and helpful.
