Are stay at the condo was amazing. Being so close to the lifts made it easier to come and go during the day as needed. It fit everyone comfortably, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed playing games after dinner. Will definitely look at booking in the future.

Great location, older property that needs a thorough cleaning and updating

Location is excellent, close to ski school and very convenient to mountain. Property manager was very responsive and good. Property needs a thorough deep cleaning and needs updating.

The homeowners Roger and Kim have asked us to pass along the following message: "We are truly sorry to hear that you weren't 100% satisfied during your stay in our condo. I am glad that you have shared your concerns so they can be addressed. My wife and I have recently acquired the property. Since acquiring the property, we have installed ceiling fans in the bedrooms, replaced the living room and dining room furniture with new. We had a new stove, refrigerator, microwave installed and replaced the laundry washer and dryer. Our property manager inspects the property regularly and oversees the cleaning operations. We have already shared your concerns with her so it can be quickly remedied. Our plan is to improve our guest's experience whenever it is possible. Thank you again." Best, the Evolve Team

Wonderful Location

We had a really nice experience at Angel Fire and a bit part of that experience was this condo which made things very convenient being so close to the lifts. Walking to lifts without dealing with hassles makes all the difference! The condo itself is well maintained.

This condo is super close to skiing which was very convenient but it was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The main level and loft were nice enough but floors were filthy. Looked like previous renter had a bloody nose and had dripped all through the house so clearly floors were not cleaned prior to our arrival. We also went through and locked windows and doors that had been left unlocked upon our arrival. The lower level where the bedrooms and bathrooms were located is in need of some major TLC and upgrades or at least a deep cleaning. The overall feel was that this place has not been cared for. If you only care about location this is your place. If cleanliness is important to you find something else. We would not stay again.

A lot more stairs than we realized, but overall it was a great palace to stay! Plenty of room for 2 small families (4 adults, 3 kids total). Clean, cozy, stocked with necessities and nice extras like firewood and sleds. The location can’t be beat. Mexican restaurant at base is delicious and an easy walk. Rented ski equipment from the shop right next door (Ski Blaze) and everyone was so helpful. Overall a great Angel Fire experience!

Exactly what we needed

Our family enjoyed our Spring Break getaway in this ‘home away from home’. We prepared all of our meals in the kitchen, spent much needed time relaxing on the couch after skiing, and meals & game time was perfect at the big table. The stairs didn’t bother us at all. The beds were comfortable to our liking. The sofa bed only sleeps one so we had to use an air mattress for our 8th person. Garage access was a nice addition for storing skis and prepping for the slopes. Parking is tight but manageable. We had to contact management after arriving for a sink that wasn’t working properly. After an immediate response through email, maintenance was there within 30 min to fix. No problems at all after that. Overall a great experience!

Close to Ski Mountain

Nice home. 4 stories tall. One thing I wish was noted was this is not suitable for trailers, The property actually says no trailers but since it wasn’t busy we were able to make it work. Finding the place in the dark was a little hard but doable. Place was nice and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Convenient condo is Angel Fire

Very affordable condo right next to the lift. 3 stories so 3 sets of stairs. Loft bedroom at very top, kitchen living area on level 2, bedrooms on level one up from entrance. Two queen beds and two so for beds in loft. Need to keep windows open to keep it cool in the summertime. Has everything you need. Right next to El Jefes restaurant too.

Best Trip Yet

We booked this trip at the last minute knowing places to stay may be slim. This turned out to be a gem with the location right by the lifts. This was perfect for our family and our best trip so far with the kids skiing! Some Pledge and a washcloth on the blinds would do wonders for the place, but overall, we were super pleased and would for sure book here again!

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with a trip to ski in Angel Fire. This condo was a great location and exactly what the description said. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again. It could use a good cleaning (ex. ceiling fans and carpets, etc.) but other than that.. we loved it and will return in the future.

Awesome location

This home was super clean and very quiet- and these are our must haves and I'm critical of these two things. It is steps (stairs) from the bike park. My son and his friend were able to ride all day and my daughter and I hiked, visited the farmers market and played cards. I was really nice. We had an issue w/a light that was fixed within hours of reporting the issue. The loft was a little warm but we left windows open and ran a fan to cool it down and it was fine. Might be nice to have a screen door to the deck so people could leave open w/out having to worry about bugs flying in.... Whenever a rental is an option, we choose over hotels and this was one of the best. We will absolutely be back!

Great Location

The condo is literally a stones throw from the main ski lift, but it is a hike up a hill. We were always more tired from the walk back to the condo than from skiing all day. Kitchen is small; more than one person cooking is a tight fit. The climate control is aggravating since there is no central panel, it's a scavenger hunt to find the 8 or so control panels. We never found the switch for the living room ceiling fan light. There were 4 adults on our trip, couldn't imagine cooking and eating in house with condo capacity of 8 adults. Great place but a bit cramped in the kitchen and eating areas as we cooked all our meals.

Perfect Location! Will not disappoint!

Our vacation was amazing! This condo was the perfect location and was plenty big for us all. I could sit on the couch and watch the skiers coming down the mountain. There is a ski shop right next door too. Everything was just perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!!
