Newly remodeled (2020) Schooner is located just down the street from the Ashworth Hotel. Have fun in the sun and enjoy the excitement of all Hampton has to offer and come back to your private home for rest and relaxation. Walk to everything Hampton Beach Boulevard has to offer! Free Wifi and cable TV. Full size gas range and refrigerator for those that love to cook inside and new grill (2019) for outside and a dishwasher! Parking for two cars on site. In the best interests of our guests, our guests must bring their own pillows, sheets, comforters and towels (kitchen, bathroom and beach towels). Toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and dish soap are provided. Please no smoking and no pets. New mattresses 2019! New kitchen in 2020! Outdoor shower added in 2022!

Seafood fest weekend

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at the Schooner. Place was cute and welcoming. I will definitely go back to this place in the future! We loved sitting outside on the porch. Thank you!

Clean modest space with good location

Property is clean and well-located. Elizabeth was a great host and made things easy. The property had very few amenities/communal items and limited insulation (it is a beach house, so this is fair) made it quite cold one of the days we were there. The property ticked our major boxes of location and good accommodations, although needing to bring your own pillows, sheets, etc. was a bit of hassle. It's worth staying at as long as you understand the limitations.

Loved our stay

The place was exactly how the picture showed it. It was very clean when we arrived. The parking was perfect and just a short walk to the beach. Loved it here.

Perfect for a beach getaway

Parking and check in were a breeze. The location is perfect; a a brief walk to the beach, restaurants, and everything else you could want. There was plenty of space inside and outside. The outdoor shower was a fun surprise! Would definitely recommend a stay to anyone, and I hope we'll be back!

Our names are Elizabeth and Scott Furbush and we look forward to hosting you! Ours is a wonderful love story as I was able to donate my kidney to Scott in 2013, we are truly a match. We are grateful to have purchased the cottage by the beach and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We named it the Schooner because you will feel like you are inside a boat once you see the original woodwork in the bedrooms. It is a three bedroom home with large eat in kitchen, living room, enclosed back porch and open front porch. The gas range is new and you will have a full size fridge. In 2020 we remodeled and added a new kitchen, new flooring and a dishwasher! You will enjoy the porch for people watching, fireworks and sunset views!
