Located in the highly desirable Storey Lake Resort, this property has everything you need for your vacation, inside and out! With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it is the perfect size for any vacation group. Can accommodate up to 8 people. Brand new and very well decorated in a gated community.


1st Floor: Queen bedroom and Full Bathroom in hallway
2nd Floor: King master bedroom with En-suite, Queen bedroom, bedroom with 2 Twin beds, and Full Bathroom in hallway.


Large and fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living areas with access to the fully screened in private pool with views of the lake. The ideal place to cool off after being in the Florida sun. There is a casual dining area for 6 plus a breakfast bar with 4 stools.


Equipped with a private, screened in pool you will be able to relax after a long day at the theme parks.


Free secure high speed Wi-Fi and telephone calls (local) are included. We provide a pack n play and high chair for your use free of charge. Towels, sheets, and linens are also provided for you.


In house washer and dryer add to the convenience of this townhouse.

Storey Lake Resort is located in the heart of Disney World Area and restaurants are within a short distance by car. Entrance to the complex is secured by guard. 


Storey Lake Resort features the Hideaway Club, a resort clubhouse that accommodates residents vacationing in the community. This beautiful clubhouse is filled with amenities for active families that include multiple sports courts, a children's playground as well as a resort-style swimming pool with splash park. The Hideaway Club is also a full service restaurant and bar, we even have an ice cream shop to refresh yourself with some sweet treats. There are multiple activities to enjoy with your friends and family such as mini- golf and kayaking.

EASY self check in process, no hassle with key pick up! Each guest receives access to a secure Guest Experience portal and can reach us by chat, email and/or text message. 

== RENTAL POLICIES ==

- No smoking (min $250 fine)
- No pets allowed (min $250 fine)
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Primary renter MUST be at least 21 years old to book, must be staying at the rental property with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors
- Submission of Photo ID or Passport may be required (simply upload into Guest Experience portal)
- Signed Rental Agreement required for each booking (sent by email and text to be signed electronically by primary renter.


 


Pool Heat is not included in the reservation. The cost is $30.00 per night with a 3 night minimum required. Please let us know if you would like to add this amenity to your reservation.


BBQ Grill- One time fee of $50 to clean after your usage. Please let us know if you'd like to take advantage of this amenity once paid we will text you the code for the lock. We do not provide the propane tank. It can be refilled at the nearest gas station near the home.


Toiletries and Household Items: We provide a starter pack for each reservation (including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish tabs, laundry detergent pods, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion). Any further items needed will need to be provided by the guest.

Guest Access:
NO SHOWS, LATE ARRIVALS, EARLY DEPARTURES: We will not refund any monies should a guest decide to shorten their stay. Guest is responsible for payment of all nights confirmed, regardless of guest's late arrival or early departure date. No shows, late arrivals and early departures will be charged the full amount for the entire reserved stay.


LATE CHECK OUT/EARLY CHECK IN: Check in time is 4pm or later, Check out time in 10am or earlier. These times are STRICT due to our operation schedule. Guests who do not check out of the property by 10am are subject to a $150.00 fine. Also, guests who arrive to the property prior to 4pm are subject to a $150.00 fine. Any check in/check out times other than 4pm and 10am MUST be approved by De Paula Realty.


NO PETS: No Pets are allowed. A $250 per pet fee will be charged if there is any report of pet hair on bedding and sofas. The violation of any terms of this pet policy subjects the guest to additional fines or termination of the rental period.


NO SMOKING: No Smoking is allowed in any of the properties and there may be a fine imposed ($450 charged to your credit card) or immediate removal from the property.


MINIMUM AGE: We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.


PROPERTY DAMAGE: If you damage the property you will be charged accordingly. If any issues should arise, please be sure to contact us IMMEDIATELY.


CLEANING: There is a cleaning fee applied to all bookings. Reservations exceeding one month will require a deep cleaning charge. A thorough cleaning of the property will be carried out before and after occupancy. It is expected that you will leave the property in a reasonably clean and orderly condition. Guests will be charged for any damage, loss or breakage in the homes or on the premises during your stay, including stolen items. There is no daily maid service. You can always add services during your stay for additional charge.


We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents in the home. Thank you and we hope you enjoy your stay.
