Our family friendly home is set on a spacious green parcel, abutting a farm and the ocean with a pool, outdoor shower, large deck, stone firepit, pool shed, children's custom built playground, lawn games and more. Central air is installed throughout. The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom and an outdoor shower. On the first level you will find a foyer, living room with fireplace, powder room, dining room, sun room and Master Suite with Marble bathroom. Kitchen was completely renovated with Bosch stainless steel appliances and stone countertop. Master suite was also recently renovated. The home runs on 100% Solar generated energy.

Master suite is on the first floor and has a newly renovated marble bathroom with plenty of storage and a King bed. A powder room is also on the first level.

Lower level has a large room with an adjacent full bathroom. The lower level has a washer, dryer, secondary living / play room which doubles as a Karaoke Room (fully equipped).

Second level has 2 large bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms is a Junior suite with a queen bed and daybed (twin). The second upstairs bedroom features a balcony with sweeping views of the farm and conveniently has a crib/ toddler bed along with a queen bed.

Entire home is outfitted with Central Air, WiFi equipped with Nest thermostat, Sonos speakers, and an LCD TV in every room. WiFi is quick and reliable.

All furniture is from Restoration, ABC Carpet or West Elm. Home comes with everything you need including dishes, linens, utensils, cleaning supplies, lawn games etc. We also have a child and adult swings in the back.

Biking distance to Shinn Estate Vineyards and Lieb Cellars.

Close proximity to Harbe’s Family Farm, Santa’s Christmas Tree Farm, Sang Lee Organic Farm, Wickham’s famous apple cider donuts, The Soundview Hotel (and new piano bar, beach bar), The North Fork Table and Inn, Love Lane, Croteaux, Downtown Greenport and much more.

You have complete privacy as you cannot see the neighbors and the home abuts a farm while the sound is only 4 houses away. As such, you have open field views ... it is truly a unique, and beautiful home.

Beautiful property!

We had an amazing time staying here. The pool and outdoor area is so wonderful and the location was peaceful. Loved that it was also close to town and grocery stores as well as many wineries. Will definitely be back!

Great stay, super supportive hosts that were easy to communicate with. House is in a fantastic location and near a sod farm which is very peaceful and quiet. Great weeklong stay with extended family (and big dining table made dinners great!)

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this property. It is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach where you can go on walks (especially nice with a dog). The home rental was well appointed and lots of space. The fireplace was great to use for the winter. Communication from owners was fast and very responsive.

This place is truly wonderful— spacious, comfortable, and nicely appointed. Location is incredible!

Morgan was highly communicative and super supportive/flexible, which made all the other logistics and planning work around our stay during a time grief all the more easy. Check-in was simple, as was the technology in the home, (log-in plaque for the Wi-Fi, the Sonos sound system). The place offer every amenity and is so incredibly close to the beach! This place met our expectations and then some.

Best vacation ever…

Right from the time of booking, Morgan and Andrew went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly. The house was spectacular, in a beautiful location. The hosts have thought about every single detail and respond to any questions instantly. We were a group of 7 (4 adults & 3 kids) who stayed four nights, had the best time relaxing at this beautiful property. We can’t wait to go back again.

Beautiful Home for a Family Trip!

The house and property exceeded our expectations. It’s very cozy, comfortable, but yet spacious at the same time. The pool and outdoor area are the centerpiece and we utilized them to the fullest. We grilled, we lounged, we swam, we really enjoyed ourselves. This place is highly recommended for a larger group (4-8). It’s close proximity everything was also a bonus (farm stands, grocery stores, restaurants). Hope to stay again next year.

Great Home In Quiet Neighborhood

I had a great time at this home. The place is spacious and beautiful, true to the photos. The area is secluded with only a couple of neighbors around. Morgan was an excellent host and communicated well. Had no issues and would definitely rent again. 😊

We rented the house with our children and grandchildren. We had so much fun in the pool, the backyard, roasting marshmallows in the fire pit, and going to the local wineries. The yard is a wonderland for small children with butterflies all over. The open floor plan works well for families with a lovely view onto the pool. Andrew was responsive and went beyond our expectations as a host.

Nice getaway

Really convenient if you have young kids. They have a crib in the home. Really fun playset outside and fire pit. We used the grill and had fun entertaining another family while here. Hosts were responsive and offered a blog / newsletter of things that were happening in the area. We stayed in the brink of the on season so it was a bit more quiet in the town and the pool was not yet open. I recommend, especially if you have young kids 👍

Beautiful spot!

The property is in a quiet neighborhood abutting farmland, quiet and peaceful. The house is spacious with comfortable seating areas, a great kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. There are lots of toys for children and the pool and deck are beautiful. We visited early in the season and there seemed to be some things advertised that were not there. There were no bicycles and broken beach chairs. I would love to give this house all fives because it really is lovely but it needed some TLC.

Five stars!!

All of us loved staying in this house, from the boomer grandparents to the millennial young adults to the two Gen Alphas (ages 2-1/2 and almost 6). The house is roomy, comfortable, well-maintained and in a beautiful setting. Even given all of that, its top feature is the swimming pool, which is large and heated. We all jumped in every morning and evening for a wonderful start and end to our days. It’s a super-short walk to the beautiful beach, and we went there every day, often in the evening to enjoy beautiful sunsets. We also enjoyed using the fire pit at night. The owners are VERY accommodating, responding quickly to all requests and questions.

Wine Country Paradise

The pictures don't even do this house justice. It's got everything you could want or need. Huge deck, great pool, fire pit, large comfortable bedrooms and plenty of space in the living and dining room. Pool shed stocked with floats and lawn games. Shaded hammock for naps and private beach for another relaxing option. It's everything the owners claim and more. The whole purpose of the trip was to bike to wineries and we almost scrapped that idea it was so tough to leave the pool. Glad we didn't because the bike ride through the area to the local wineries was fantastic. The 3 we went to were Lieb, Shinn, and McCall. All three within biking distance of the house and had excellent ambiance and even better wine. If you're looking for a place to relax that's close enough to everything the north fork has to offer but secluded enough to turn the music up (the sonos system the house has is absolutely key) and let loose around the pool or the fire pit then this is the place. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic vacation spot

Morgan and Andrew have a beautiful home. It was perfect for our family of five (kids from 4-10yrs old). The pool was amazing and the proximity to the beach so convenient. Andrew and Morgan were easy to communicate with and provided great recommendations.

Spectacular home for families on the North Shore

We spent a week on the North Shore with our newborn baby, 5 year old, and another couple with two kids of similar ages. We had a wonderful time in the house. It boasts a beautiful, clean interior, nicely designed, lots of space, a gorgeous deck and pool, and the most lovely back yard area with a small playground and swing set. Needless to say, the kids were in heaven. There are plenty of bathrooms for a large group, and even bikes available for guests to ride. The most amazing winery is a 3 min drive from the house (Lieb Wines), and the beach is a quick 5 minute walk. The owner was so responsive and generous, even allowing us to stick around past the checkout time so we could enjoy an extra hour or two on the pool deck in the nice weather. I strongly recommend this property and owner.

Beautiful home

From the day of booking, Andrew and Morgan were responsive and wonderful to communicate with. So generous with their time and had fantastic suggestions for restaurants and activities for our Thanksgiving week in their home. The house exceeded our expectations. Fully equipped with everything you need, beautifully furnished and so comfortable for the two families. Lots of space for the kids to play and entertain themselves, indoors and out. The view is breathtaking, we had to photograph it every morning and evening! We loved the beach - (only 5 minutes walk) wineries, restaurants, groceries and great coffee shops only a short drive (or bicycle ride) away. Thank you Andrew and Morgan for sharing your home with us. We made wonderful Thanksgiving memories and were full of gratitude! We will definitely be back.

Amazing stay in Cutchogue

We had a lovely stay in Cutchogue. The house was spacious and comfortable and the location was a amazing with only a short walk to the beach for long walks and amazing sunsets. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make dinner each night and the hosts were very responsive when we had questions. We visited farms, went to vineyards and within a short drive in any direction we could reach great beaches and hiking spots. I would definitely recommend this place for exploring the North Fork. We were there in the Fall and it must be even more amazing in the Summer!

Excellent Family Vacation

Our whole family enjoyed our 3 week stay at Andrew and Morgan's lovely North Fork property. Andrew is an excellent communicator and was extremely responsive regarding any questions we had preceding and during our stay. He quickly ameliorated any problems. His suggestions for restaurants, stores and local activities were helpful and excellent. The home fit our family's needs extremely well. We had plenty of space for work and play. We especially enjoyed the deck, calming rural view, and gorgeous pool area. Having access to a heated pool was a fantastic amenity. The short walk to an almost private beach was a pure joy. Walking the beach in the early morning, afternoon or viewing an amazing sunset, was always a special treat. Driving to farm stands, wineries, and quaint towns within minutes was convenient. Our 4 year old grand-daughter especially enjoyed the local ice cream, Harbes Farm, Catapano Goat Farm, picking berries, and the antique carousel in Greenpoint. The adults enjoyed local wineries Braun's fresh fish and a full clam bake from the Southold Fish Market. Thank you for sharing this special place!!
