A Comfortable Home with the Best Location in Downtown Jim Thorpe

This beautifully renovated, 200-year-old home has everything you'll need for your Jim Thorpe vacation. It features three very spacious bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen with a dining table for eight, washer/dryer, WiFi, board games, and a DVD player with a broad selection of DVDs. We provide linens, towels, and other amenities, including many family-friendly touches.

The two-story rental sits on historic Broadway in Jim Thorpe, and it's just steps from the Mauch Chunk Opera House and dozens of restaurants, shops, museums, bars, and art galleries. Plus, the house comes with up to three parking spaces—a true boon in the downtown area, where parking is scarce!

Jim Thorpe is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. In the spring, summer, and fall, take advantage of the region's world-class mountain biking; pedal 25 miles of the D&L Trail along the Lehigh River (accessible by scenic railway); jump into a whitewater rafting expedition, timed to the area's dam releases; or hike the gorgeous Glen Onoko Falls Trail. During the winter, use 101 Broadway as a cozy base for the Blue Mountain and Jack Frost ski areas, which are both less than 30 minutes away.

We offer plenty of advice on ways to take advantage of this fabulous area. But please note that our home sits above a shop and in close proximity to neighbors, so it would not be a good fit for groups aiming to use it as home base for a rowdy celebration. We prefer families and groups with six or fewer adults.

Great spot full of outdoor adventure. Make sure to have a plan B for dining out, as the town is pretty much closed Monday-Wednesday from what we saw. Cool walking town!

We stayed here for the weekend to do the bike train. Excellent location!!! We parked the car and didn’t use it again until we left. Great communication with the owners. Will definitely stay again when visiting the area!

Property was incredible! Description was on point. House was immaculate. Hosts, Jenny & Tghe were friendly & accessible. Beds were comfy & there are plenty of extra blankets.The kitchen was so nice & well equipped to make a special birthday breakfast. The best though was having a parking spot so close to the property & the hosts allowed us to stay parked after we checked out to spend the day instead of going home.The girls & I really enjoyed ourselves & would recommend to anyone & it's really kid friendly too.We will be back again. Location Location Location

With an entrance off Race Street we were less than a minute walk to restaurants and the Opera House. I visited JT to run a race and my friends came to visit on race day. Having two full baths made this location perfect for us to quickly clean up after the race and get back out to play in JT. I will absolutely book this house again. After seeing the accommodations my friends said they’re spending the night next time we visit. There is a very small deck, perfect for silently doing Wordle with my morning cup of coffee. The tasteful decor was all so interesting and fun it seemed there was no end to memories these conversation pieces stired. I have been visiting JT my whole life and have stayed in a number of different locations and this is my new favorite. Oh, I almost forgot, it has the option to park up to THREE cars! Boom

Perfect Location

This house was perfect for our stay in Jim Thorpe during the last weekend of September. The house had ample room and bathrooms for our party of five adults. The parking spaces were a great perk. We parked and never needed our cars again. We walked everywhere. We had tickets for an evening performance at the Mauch Chunk Opera House which was practically across the street. The house was comfortable and quaint. The living room area was small, but we were busy the whole weekend and never needed to spread out to watch TV. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again.

Fabulous location

A Great Space In An Excellent Location

This space was ideal for our family. It's clesn, there are plenty of beds and two full bathrooms.We didn't cook much but the kitchen is well-equipped. Instead we took advantage of the excellent location. Everything we wanted to see and do was a short walk. Park your car when you arrive and never drive it until you leave.

We loved the location and had a wonderful time staying here. It was perfect for friends for a weekend and we sat on the back deck.
