Enjoy our restful, brand new home in a quiet, low-key and stylish beachtown, in the heart of Samana. This is our first home and we've made it a warm sanctuary, with guests as a priority. The house is steps from a calm, beautiful beach - Playa Las Ballenas - just a 3 minute walk from the house.

We love the peace and tranquility, privacy, and safety provided by our private street and international neighbors. We love the sounds and views of the lush jungle from every room, how easy it is to walk down to the beach to exercise or relax, and having the beach mostly to ourselves during the week.
