Floors made from reclaimed hardwood from Vermont, round salvaged copper windows, open steel beams, gorgeous granite counters, the works!
This is a wonderful vacation rental for your family or small group of friends. The house is walking distance to Lake Tahoe and Sunnyside, the new West Shore Market, Fire Sign Cafe, Spoon, and a short drive or bike ride to Tahoe City.
Enter into the majestic yet quaint living area with gas fireplace, 32 inch flat screen HDTV and inviting sitting areas with picture windows to enjoy the surrounding forest and neighborhood.
Dining area with 4 chairs and bench seat, side door out to deck with gas grill and yard area.
Off the main area is the downstairs bedroom with a Queen and a shared bath 3/4 (shower only, no tub).
Up the beautiful stone stairs in the entry is a loft with twin bed and 3/4 bath, plus a bedroom with a Queen.
Toward the back of the house, go up the other carpeted stairs to the bunk room with 1/2 bath.

•QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM TO 8AM. NO NOISE SHALL BE HEARD ACROSS PROPERTY LINES. NO OUTDOOR SPEAKERS OR AMPLIFIED SOUND ARE TO BE USED AT ANY TIME.
