This brand new luxury villa is located in the mountain hills of "Roca Grossa", near to the famous beach resort Lloret de Mar (Spain). This freestanding luxury villa has a breathtaking panoramic view over the coastline of the Costa Brava and the beautiful Mediterranean Sea with ists numerous idyllic little bays and beaches and green forests. This luxurious and functional villa with its light and modern atmosphere is situated on a dead end in a very quiet urbanisation, there is a enough space to park your car. The distance to the beach is just 2000 meters. The entrance to the villa is just 4 steps below the street level. On this floor you find a very big living room with seating and dining area, an open fire and satellite flat TV for your use. The living room is joined to a big terrace with ist magnificent view over the green hills and the Mediterranean. An impressive kitchen with all modern facilities is also located on this floor. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own adjoining bathroom. The villa has 4 bedrooms for 2 persons each, one bedroom ist with a sofabed. All the bedrooms have a fantastic view over the sea and the surroundings. You have to your disposal a designed garden. On the big terrace around the unique private cascade pool there are ample sun beds and parasols, here you can fully enjoy the sun and outdoor life in Spain. In the South of the Costa Brava you will find the La Selva district, between the town of Blanes and Tossa de Mar. All Club Villamar villas are situated in this district. The Romans too knew that your days are best spend at the 'Rough Coast'. In the several fisherman villages you will find remains of this period, with the burrow of Tossa de Mar as a jewel on the crown. The kindness of the climate ( in winter the temperatures rarely drops below zero degrees and well is well above 30 degres in the summer), make it possible to enjoy this extraordinarily beautiful rugged coastline and the several sandy beaches year round. Together with the hearthwarming character of the local populace, the rich historical past, the lovely green hills and the varied exquisite kitchen makes the Costa Brava a holiday region which has a lot going for itself.
