This bright and colorful one bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo welcomes you to some of the best views of the Sherwin Mountains. You walk into the fully equipped kitchen with bar seating. There is a dining room the leads to a private balcony with a sitting area. The living room has flat screen TV with DVD. This is a nicely decorated condo with a at home feeling. This condo is on the ground floor.

Maximum Occupancy: This condo can sleep up to 4 people.

Bed Arrangement: Downstairs you will find the bedroom with 2 queen beds and a flat screen TV.

Unit Amenities: The full sized kitchen is complete with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishware, and cooking materials! For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace!

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!

Views: Breathtaking view of the Sherwins.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Funky Condo

This place has some very INTERESTING decor as you can see from some of the photos. The beds are supper firm/hard Ikea mattresses. We had to wash some of the kitchen utensils before using them because the were up away dirty. The walk up and down the main driveway is a bit challenging with ski gear.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is excellent, unit was nice enough for 2 people for a short weekend but the downstairs toilet didn't work, it wasn't as clean as it should have been (and if you're paying a cleaning fee, it should be), the office was hard to find and the parking was not as described.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for two days in July 2023. Daytime temperatures were in the high 80s but it cooled down to the mid-50s at night. The temperature inside were generally too warm because there was little air movement to get that cool air into the apartment. A couple of fans would be very effective in cooling the unit by pulling the cooler outside air in at night. There were odds and ends left in the unit, maybe by previous renters. Under beds and sofas need to be cleaned severely. There wasn't an envelope in the drop box per instructions, but they had it inside so I was only mildly annoyed for a short time about that.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this excellent 1Br (2 Queen beds in large room) Condo. It is walking distance to Canyon Lodge (600m) or the Mammoth Shuttle (200m). As ski town rentals go, this was in the top 20%. It was clean and lacked the typical stale smells that many rentals have. While the decor is slightly dated, it was comfortable. In winter, floors and rooms can be cold. NOT HERE! The main floor has a gas fireplace to heat the upper level and dedicated unit in the downstairs bedroom. The 2 full bathrooms even have a heater (very much appreciated!). This unit had everything. The kitchen was fully equipped. For brewers, it had a traditional Mr. Coffee, Nespresso machine (old type pods required), Turkish coffee pot, and a milk frother! If anything, there was too much stuff. If the owners cleared 50% of the knickknacks and excess kitchenware, the place would feel roomier and neater, while retaining all the amenities one could want. The only hitch is the check-in window. It is 1-hour from 4-5pm. I realized the 5pm cutoff and tried to call but got no answer. This was a stressful experience as the nearest place with availability during ski weekend was in Bishop (45 minutes away). Fortunately, they left our keys in a drop box by the office, which we drove by on a gamble to find someone to help us. Minus that lack of communication and understanding on our part, everything else was smooth. The only other note was that the unit you 'reserve' may not be the unit you actually stay in. I would stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: Although an end unit, it is the first one when coming in from the garage so can potentially get very noisy with people going in and out of the building. If you like SUPER firm mattresses, this is the unit for you. If you prefer something a bit more forgiving, pick another place. 3 days of skiing with poor to no sleep & trying to save your back for more skiing was difficult & uncomfortable. The rest of the unit is well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking and eating. Nice having assigned garage parking.
