All flat areas of this condo are covered in travertine, the floors, counters, and shower areas. Paint is freshened each year, and there is an abundance of supplies. The living room has an expansive seating area with a large sectional and additional chairs. The twelve foot patio door opens eight feet to allow for an enlarged space. Recently purchased are two new smart tvs for the living room and bedroom. Feel free to bring your streaming device or firestick. Netflix and amazon prime are available onscreen, but you will need to use your own account. Wifi is also available.

Enjoy views from one of two decks in this unique 1 bedroom - 2 bath condominium. This 2nd floor condo grants you a view of the harbor and city lights, as well as a partial view of the serenity of the Pacific. The unit is located near the parking lot and office, which makes carrying groceries very convenient. The walk to the pool takes about 60 seconds, or you can hitch a ride on the golf cart (certainly not necessary, but fun).

This spacious unit is brightly painted, supplied with adequate linens, and can sleep up to 4 people. The bedroom has a Sealy posturepedic King size bed, and there is an inflatable twin and queen size mattress in the pantry. Thanks to hurricane Odile, we now have stacking sliding doors (allowing for an eight foot opening rather than four), a window seat in the bedroom, a new glass top stove, and gorgeous travertine slab countertops.

Terrasol is one of the few serene and private locations in Cabo, yet is a mere 5 minute walk to the center of town. Morning coffee is a treat as you sit on the chairs on the back deck overlooking the Pacific. The evening view of the Harbour and city lights is spectacular.

Terrasol is located at the farthest tip of the Baja. It is nestled between 2 resorts, but the beach is extremely private and no one but owners and guests may use our facilities. There are no vendors. Exercise equipment is limited, but a walk on the beach can also be a challenging workout. We have ample free weights and kettle bells.

Different seasons offer different activities and climates in Cabo. The weather is magnificent in October, when the 'season begins.' Days are very warm and nights are cool. November offers the fishing tournaments again with very warm days and cool nights. Christmas is a wonderful time in Cabo with lights, decorations, and even fireworks. Take a jacket, it gets a little brisk at night. From January to May the weather is spectacular. You can sunbathe during the day and be extremely comfortable at night. Air conditioning is not necessary until the heat of the deep summer.

Parking is available on-site (at the rate of $5 per day), or taxis await you at the gate. Security and privacy are outstanding; the staff more than helpful.

Daily maid service is available, upon request and payment. Please be aware that aside from my charges, and vrbo charges, Terrasol (our resort) charges a nightly fee.

Anything more would not apply to this condo. It is not payable during booking, but upon arrival directly to the office.
