Perched on a scenic hillside overlooking the charming town of Parikia, Infinity Sea View Cosy Villa is a stylish, 80 sq. m. retreat designed for ultimate relaxation. Part of an exclusive complex of three private properties, this 2-bedroom villa features a magnificent private infinity pool and jacuzzi, offering panoramic views of Parikia’s bay, the neighboring Aegean islands, and breathtaking summer sunsets.

It is ideally situated on a picturesque countryside hill, just 2 km from Parikia's vibrant center and port, 2.5 km from the sandy Livadia beach, and a 15-minute drive (12 km) from the airport.

Beautifully appointed with a comfortably minimal aesthetic, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa can accommodate up to 5 guests and includes:
• Master Bedroom: Featuring a luxurious king-size bed.
• Second Bedroom: Furnished with one double and one single bed.
• Sleeping Comfort: Both bedrooms offer wardrobes, high-quality mattresses, premium linens, and plush feather pillows.
• Bathrooms: Two modern, walk-in bathrooms equipped with refreshing rainfall showers.
• Living Areas: A welcoming lobby, a dedicated dining space, and a fully equipped, built-in kitchen (including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, and toaster).

The highlight of the villa is your 40 sq. m. private infinity swimming pool, featuring integrated hydro-massage jets in one corner. Surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and shaded terraces, it is the perfect spot to feel the Aegean breeze, unwind, and soak in the views.

To ensure a seamless stay, the villa is fully equipped with:
• High-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and full air-conditioning.
• Washing machine, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, and a safe box.
• Double-glazed windows with insect screens for your comfort.
• Private entrance and dedicated on-site parking for up to 3 cars.

We deliver the villa meticulously clean, complete with fresh towels, bedsheets, beach towels, slippers, and complimentary bathroom amenities for all guests. A complimentary cleaning service is provided every 4 days (by arrangement), with additional housekeeping available upon request at an extra cost.

Perfect Greek Island Getaway

This villa is even more majestic than the photos show! My family of 4 absolutely loved our stay here. It had everything we needed and the views are unmatched. The pool was amazing for the kids after hot days exploring. Kostas was responsive and attentive! We can’t wait to visit again.

Perfection in Parikia

Our family of three stayed in this exceptional villa. - It's even better in person than in the photos. Every expectation was met/exceeded. The check-in process was so easy and so was the check-out. The view is just phenomenal and EVERY single restaurant and beach that we tried on the owner's recommendations was perfect! I cannot say enough positive things about our stay!

Stunning views

Stunning views and amazing patio and pool set up. Private. Comfortable beds/bedding. Clean. Lots of great amenities. Good communication with owner. Only problem was the pool is not heated, so too cold to use in May. Air temp was warm enough, and we made ourselves get in one time, but would have been in there every day if it were heated.

Impeccable

The pictures do not do the property justice. Clean, comfortable, well appointed - and perhaps the nicest view in all of Paros. Our family, two adults and two children, stayed for one week and wished we stayed for much longer. Kostas was extremely helpful with tips and suggestions for beaches, sites and restaurants. The highlights of our holiday were spent lounging by the pool, having take-out dinners and wine on the patio and then wandering the streets in the evenings. This is an exceptional place to stay while on Paros. We will return and will recommend it to anyone travelling to the island.

Property was as advertised. Clean, well maintained, quiet and amazing views. I would recommend renting a car to make getting to and from the property easier. It is about 2 km total from the port and 1km of it is uphill on a narrow road. Communication was excellent with many great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. The WiFi was slow but my family of four were all using it at the same time and there is only so much bandwidth. We would stay again and will recommend Paros and this property to our friends.

Beautiful house, fabulous views

We stayed in this beautiful house for four nights on our Greek Islands trip and we loved it! Kostas met us at the port and led us to the house on the hill overlooking the town of Parikia, the port and the Aegean. The views can't be beat! The house is very modern and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. Good communication with Marilena before and during the trip. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed was very comfy, the bathroom had nice amenities and the outdoor veranda was absolutely amazing for dining, relaxing or just enjoying the view. Quiet, very private location. We would highly recommend Parikia Paros Seaview Villa and we hope to stay there again on our next visit to Paros.

Disappointing service

After a long journey we arrived at the port only to find out we then had to get a taxi to the villa . For the price we paid I think the owners could arrange a pick up service . No welcome pack so we had to return to the port to get basic supplies. You definitely need to hire a car when booking this villa as it is too far to walk into town and too dark at night.
