Spacious, updated mid century 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in the Indian Canyons neighborhood of Palm Springs. 2 master suites, vaulted ceilings, 4K LED televisions, stainless steel appliances, breathtaking views and 2 resort style pools in this very private gated community close to downtown Palm Springs.
The property is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a great vacation or longer stay. Double oven, refrigerator with built in water filtration, all of the kitchen utensils and gadgets needed to create gourmet meals, BBQ, beach towels, pool toys and linens are provided.
Restaurants, golf, hiking, shopping in downtown Palm Springs are just minutes away and many are within walking distance. The property has an abundance of fruit trees including lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange and mango.
28 day minimum stay required.

Wonderful Vacation Property

This is a wonderful property very close to Old Palm Springs and also just minutes to the extraordinary hiking in the Indian Canyons area. It was just a few minutes to drive or cycle to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, golfing and even the airport. This 2 bedroom fifties Art Deco condo is interesting and fun. The condo was spotless and comfortable and we had everything we needed and more! Two separate bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were gorgeous , luxurious with plenty of linen, towels, toiletries etc and the beds were very comfortable .The kitchen had every high end appliance and was well stocked, one of the best we have ever seen. Condiments, spices, dry goods, coffee and even wine in the fridge! The balcony overlooked the mountains, palm trees and the beautiful grounds and the barbecue worked well. Our covered parking spot was situated very close to the unit and we were able to lock our bikes up safely nearby. There were fruit tress everywhere and we were welcome to pick the grapefruits, oranges and lemons with the fruit picker the owner so thoughtfully left for us to use. The 2 free form pools and spas surrounded by beautifully landscaped trees and flowers was a great place to hang out. It is a very quiet area and it feels like a mini oasis yet is so close to all the action in Palm Springs. We had planned to stay for the month of March but unfortunately had to cut our vacation short by 2 weeks in order to return to Canada due to the unforeseen COVID 19 as advised by our government. We did not want to leave but had no choice. The owner has been very accommodating with this situation. We hope to return to Palm Springs and we would love to stay here again. Highly recommend it.
