Comfortable and beautiful home in heart of Marietta/East Cobb, perfect for a getaway in Atlanta or the suburbs. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining room as well as kitchen eating area. Large master bedroom with queen bed, garden tub; two additional bedrooms with twin beds and shared bath. Adorable upstairs living area for extra space; dedicated work space provides an office away from home. Great screened-in porch and deck, perfect for morning coffee or grilling. Full laundry, 2 car garage, fenced backyard, quiet neighborhood setting. Described most often by guests as peaceful and calm. WiFi, high speed internet included in stay.

Great lovely place

Great Marietta Stay

This house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. Sandy is a thoughtful host that made our week long stay very enjoyable. We were there for a baseball tournament and it was nice to be able to wash clothes and cook at home. The neighborhood was cute and we will definitely stay again. Thank you Sandy !

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Sandy's property. It was extremely clean, family friendly and appointed with so many nice touches. She had the home well prepped for our ~3 wk stay. Sandy was incredibly thoughtful with warm touches and communicative. Highly recommend this property - both the home and the host were wonderful!

Home Away From Home

This was our second stay in Sandy’s cozy cottage! The house was very clean, comfortable, and in a very safe neighborhood. Sandy is the best hostess and we greatly enjoyed both of our stays. Sad we won’t be back for PG tournaments as our son is graduating high school, but we will forever remember our time in this sweet home!

Perfect Place in Marietta

This is the perfect place in Marietta! The house is wonderful, well stocked, perfect location and more. Sandy made check in and check out a breeze. We were visiting our daughter in grad school here. Kitchen and outdoor spaces were perfect to host she and her roommates for dinners. Quiet neighborhood as well. We will be back! Thank you for your hospitality.

Most enjoyable stay

I cant say enough about Sandys rental!! Her house was truly like being at home....from the cleanliness to all of the extra creature comforts that you dont get from other rentals, it was perfect. The only improvement i can recommend would be an upgrade to the mattresses but that being said, i have back problems and am very picky about my beds. Dont think twice if you have the opportunity to stay here because you wont find anything else this nice!!

Great Home!

This is a great home! Everything exceeded our exceptions and is exactly as featured online. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the location was perfect and very centrally located. We even had time to make it down to the Marietta Square for some dinner which was only about 10 min away, We will definately be looking for availability at this home in the future. Thanks for being such great host. The boys loved the baseball cookies that you left for them.

Love love loved it!!

Loved staying at this house for a wedding in Marietta! The house was very clean and everything you might need is available. The communication with the owner was perfect as well. Also loved the welcome cookies! The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly and there is lots of space! We would definitely visit again if we are visiting our family in Marietta! We were thinking about inprovement points but there is really nothing to mention.

Second time to stay in this lovely home. Everything was spotless and updated and the Hostess is incredible. Amazing Girls' Weekend

This house is perfect for a girls weekend! Not only is it well appointed with all the luxuries one could ask for, it has plenty of space for 4+ adults. A screened in porch for chatting, a comfortable living room and dining room for shared time together and plenty of bedrooms with a loft!
