The house was large and wonderful with many spaces to choose from. I loved the outdoor shower which was framed in with hot water. The kitchen had everything we needed. The mattresses in two of the bedrooms weren’t great. Besides that it was wonderful and steps from the quiet beach. It was a quiet peaceful spot.

Beautiful home with lots of space. Was very clean and came with alot of amenities like a game room, beach chairs to use, fire pit etc. We especially loved the back porch swing and crow's nest. The door locks were a bit odd and it was confusing trying to find the house at first. Got a little lost trying to locate it as it sits back a few houses behind the property that is on the street. But it is in great walking distance from places to eat and check out and the beach too. Definitely need to plan another trip with friends here.

We are glad you especially enjoyed the back porch swing, crow’s nest, and the convenient walking distance to local spots and the beach. We are sorry to hear the door locks felt odd and will look into this. We also regret the confusion in finding the house and will review how the directions and location details are presented.

This is a lovely house with an old farmhouse feel. The rooms are comfortable and provides great space for a group. Beware that there are stairs to EVERYTHING which could be an issue for some. Easy access to the beach (more steps) but the view of the water from the house is minimal. There a few updates owners could make to make this stay better but overall it was a great stay and I would recommend.

Wonderful relaxing beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very close to the beach and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The beach was great for walking and watching dolphins. It was perfect for our beach vacation.

Beach getaway

Property is conveniently located in the quiet historic district on the North side. The beach is just a few steps and bridge across the dunes located on the bay but very quiet. The ocean is a short walk to an access or beach walk if you’re looking for larger waves. Our family enjoyed this home and the all of its decks (especially after the neighbors trimmed the trees during our visit, even more nice clear views from the lower deck) and look out tower, great for viewing ships and tons of dolphins. This home had everything we needed from kitchen to beach gear.

Beautiful home and view

We enjoyed our stay overall but we did have some hiccups with the property. Firstly, this was one of the cleanest homes I have stayed in. Everything about this home was beautiful. Even though we had some issues, I would still highly recommend them. First, the full bathroom upstairs with the queen bed, the jets did not work. Also, where there were only sheer curtains on the bathroom, the neighbors could see literally EVERYTHING you did in that bathroom. The upper deck with the gorgeous view was beautiful, but I didn't realize you have to climb a ladder to access it and 2 of us were pregnant. Lastly, we did find several LARGE bugs throughout the home. Now, this could be due to a door being left open for a couple of minutes to bring things in, but still, it was not fun. Like I said, the home is gorgeous and being within steps to the beach was a plus. I do feel that they could use better signage to find the property as the home sits on a private drive with other homes and you don't really know where to turn even when following the directions they give you.

Loved Baywatch! My family kept talking about how beautiful the house was and how much space we all had. The house is very close to a beach walkway, so it was easy to go back and forth. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything I needed. Very close to shops and dining-you can easily walk there. Suggestion- It would be good to add blinds to the 2nd floor bathroom for privacy. We had a great week and hopefully can stay there again!

Absolutely Fantastic!

Staying in this house was a wonderful experience in every way. It’s location is perfect with a beautiful, nearly private beach just a short walk along the boardwalk across the dunes. Getting to Downtown Savannah is an easy 25 minute drive. The house is beautifully finished especially the bedroom suites on the second floor one of which has a view of the ocean. The bedroom on the first floor does not have a closet but there are plenty of drawers and hooks behind the doors. The ‘outdoor’ shower (actually in the basement) was great for was washing off the kids after the beach and the game room provided lots of entertainment for everyone. The kitchen/dining/living room area is marvelous. Although it is an expensive rental it is worth every cent.

Beautiful house, but none of the bathroom doors locked.

Only steps from the beach, which was very private, would definitely come back.

Family Time with my Soldier!

We traveled to Tybee Island for the first time this trip and will be back! We rented this house to stay with our family while visiting my son who is stationed at Ft Stewart. We spent three wonderful days visiting Savannah and the surrounding area (which is beautiful!). We enjoyed some excellent family time at the house playing cornhole in the front yard, eating together, playing in the game room downstairs, and walking to the beach. It was the perfect setting for a much needed visit with my soldier!

Great place for a family get-away!

This home is wonderful for an entire family. It is close to the beach, there is a game room downstairs to entire all ages, and it is very close to shops and restaurants while still being very private and secluded feeling. The home is beautifully decorated and cared for on the inside and there is plenty of space for all. We will definitely be back! :)

Family Gathering

The house was very spacious and afforded every amenity you could think of. The only negative comment that I would make is that the house is in need of some cosmetic upkeep especially the markings on the walls and the stains in the carpeting.

Great home and vacation

Our party of 6 enjoyed our Spring Break at this great property. It was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Lots of games, beach equipment, and a new fire pit. The location was great, away from all the crowds of the pier area but close enough to everything to still be convenient. We rented a golf cart and used it to get around on the island. The location is great for trips over to Savannah, too. And the best part is that the beach is just steps away! Would definitely rent this home and from TVR again in the future!

Home away from home ...plus the water

The property is a comfortable and beautiful home. Rooms and porches are spacious and allow family activity. We truly enjoyed our week. I think the "steps from the beach" comment should identify that the beach is on the river, not ocean. A renter unfamiliar with Tybee can miss the distinction.

My husband, my parents and our two year old daughter just stayed at Baywatch for five nights! The house and location were everything we could have asked for and more! It was steps to the beach, coffee, Huc A Poo's and bike rentals! It's the perfect size for six adults!

October 2016 Stay

I wish I could say that I had the time of my life! I'm sure the house is nice but, we didn't get the chance to see it. The management of this property is unacceptable to say the least. We did not get a chance to come and visit due to a hurricane and evacuation of Tybee Island. All we are asking is for either half of our money back or a year raincheck to plan our visit again. We are all coming from different states to visit and are not able to come by January. The company managing your property will not give us an answer as to which option they can provide for us. If we don't get a answer soon, then we will be sure to share our experience with others.
