On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, both beautifully finished as well as bathroom offering both shower and bath. The kids room has 2 bunkbeds, a desk for your budding writer and little table with chairs.

The second Queen bedroom is upstairs with ensuite, walk in robes and private living area. This top level is perfect for those long lazy mornings, take your coffee onto the balcony and enjoy the sea air and rolling waves. Watch the quiet hum of South Beach and let your cares slip away.

The house has an enclosed garden with a suntrap courtyard, perfect for those lazy afternoons with a good book and letting the kids unwind. There is a large double garage as well as street parking, meaning plenty of room for all.
