AVOID !!! AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!
Extremely disappointed with the state of the property. It was unclean, untidy & horrible.
We were gobsmacked by the intense cigarette smell as it was advertised as smoke free property.
Found pet hair indoors, but it was advertised as pet free property.
Air conditioning didn’t work in 2 rooms.
Bathroom flushes weren’t working properly.
Sinks didn’t drain properly.
Washing machine didn’t work.
Rusty outdoor furnitures.
Barbecue not in working condition.
None of the facilities were available as advertised.
Broken glass fragments on balcony which made it unsafe for kids.
The villa wasn’t clean at all!!!
We promptly raised our concerns with Gina (Kurt’s wife) but she refused to refund anything.
We were so concerned about our children’s health, we had to suffer one night stay & had to change our itinerary & booked another property back in Athens.
I already contacted Expedia to register a complaint & have forwarded photos as proof.
I was just given a contact number for customer services & there was little effort from Expedia to sort the problems.
