This unit comes fully equipped with phone, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and furnishings, including kitchen appliances, microwave, washer and dryer. This unit is 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and has an outdoor balcony opening from the spacious living room.

Updates have been recently made to this unit. New pictures will be coming soon. *note that guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin.

St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort has four tennis courts, two swimming pools, and racquetball.

Spend the days exploring the beaches of St. Augustine, and the nights exploring the old city.

Excellent location. Direct access to a beautiful beach. Short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Unit is very comfortable and nicely equipped. Unit was very clean. The property manager provided timely access information .Parking is a little inconvenient. You can park right below the unit, but the slider must be locked from the inside and someone has to walk around the building to get to the car. Not a big deal.

The property was adequate and clean with a great location. But, the bed is too high and the pillows poor for us old folks. I had a stiff neck every morning. The condo was well stocked with necessities but needs a new broom.
