Perfect setting including orange trees and grapefruit trees in backyard. Clean wonderful space. Having 2 bathrooms is limiting at times in the morning hours. Neighborhood was great for walking. Kureg coffee maker was broken, but other-one worked perfectly. Cable tv was a little quirky, but figured it out.
Plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels. Maybe a tv in each bedroom.
Would definitely rent again.
Don’t miss Sedona and Grand Cayon.

Filthy and Run Down
Our stay at this house all but ruined our vacation. Within the first 10 minutes of stepping in the door, we were trying to find another place to stay. The property it sits on is lovely, it has a nice floorpan, and the location is really great. However, the condition of the home is absolutely atrocious. I have a list of over 50 things that need attention in this home. The pool is not heated, which was an oversight on our part, but the water was too cold to swim in. The hot tub had so much chlorine in it that when the jets are on, it caused us to cough and our eyes to burn. There were items left over in the bathroom cabinets that should not have been left; used razors, open packages of feminine products, floss, and toothbrushes. There were leftover men's underwear in the laundry cabinet and dirty clothes left in the dresser drawers. I cleaned out the utensil drawer because there were crumbs and some sort of unidentified black grease in the fork section. The owner was very responsive to our complaints, sent the cleaning crew out, sent a carpet cleaner out and refunded part of our fee. However, this was not how we wanted to spend our vacation and this house needs to be DEEP cleaned and fixed up before anyone should rent it again.

Response from VrboOwner on 26 April 2021
Hi Jessica, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we are sorry that you weren't satisfied with this property. We followed up with the homeowners, and they wanted to share the following:
- We had daily correspondence with you during your stay.
- We agreed to generous measures to compensate for the cleanliness concerns you mention. We would like to take this opportunity to provide a little more context on this. The owner of the cleaning company was on vacation and although her crew cleaned, they did not know to toss lost and found items left behind. This will not be overlooked again.
- We are always accessible and have staff available for a prompt response as we sent a second cleaning crew over to address your concerns at 5 pm on a Saturday night.
- The pool is serviced weekly as well as the hot tub, and the house is detailed by a professional service.
- We visited shortly after your stay and found your critiques to be overstated, however, we do appreciate the feedback and are addressing your comments.
- We purchased a new dining table and stainless refrigerator.
- For a 4 bed 2 bath home in the heart of Scottsdale, we believe it’s a great value at the rental rate as well.
These owners work hard to provide excellent stays for their guests!
We really enjoyed our stay! The outdoor space had something for everyone , the kitchen was great and the indoor space was cozy. Communication was very good. This will be the first property we try to book when we return to AZ :)
We had a blast playing pickle ball, hanging by the pool, hot tubbing, and grilling up great food. We knew the pool wasn’t heated when we rented it, but thought it might be a swimmable temperature (especially for us northern folks), but it was super cold. This was the only draw back of the experience. Dana was awesome - super responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. All in all it was a lovely experience with the gorgeous, huge backyard and amenities and a gorgeous neighborhood. I would recommend this house!
Why stay in a hotel when you have the everyday convenience of home within this property and more! Wonderful outdoor lifestyle and great amenities.

Loved the pickleball court & grapefruit trees
This is really a review meant more for the property management company than the owner of this house. When I arrived the AC wasn’t working and it was 87 degrees inside. After a couple phone calls I was finally able to reach the owner, Dana (Evolve management company was very difficult to get ahold of and I never knew the property manager’s contact info the whole time I was there). The owner was AWESOME...called AC Doctor, they came out within an hour and stayed until 10:30pm, when it was fixed. I will start by saying that I loved the grounds here. The backyard is HUGE; there’s a newer pickleball/sports court, swimming pool, hot tub and multiple grapefruit trees. I picked this house for the pickleball court and the grapefruit trees and they did not disappoint! The owner even had someone drop off 4 new pickleball racquets and a bag of balls the 2nd day I was there. The interior of the home has been rather neglected, however. I get that it’s older, but there is a lot of deferred maintenance inside. Aside from the worn interior state, the property wasn’t very clean. Here is where the property management company comes into play. There were also 2 huge garbage cans overflowing with garbage sitting out in front of the driveway for the 5 days I was there. It never got picked up and looked like it hadn’t been picked up in a few weeks. We had no where to stack our garbage bags, which was pretty gross. Had to keep them in the garage so birds, rodents and squirrels wouldn’t get into them. It was 105 degrees so you can imagine the general smell around the property. I would actually rent this house again if a new cleaning team was hired. Most of the issues I experienced could have been eliminated with an adequate property management company.
Immpecable house....lots of extra detergent, hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels. Lots of additional bath towels and bedding. We enjoyed the backyard with its courts and potting green. Overall a great experience....my family and I really enjoyed it. Owner available and very polite. I would stay in this property again.

A Great Place
The house was very comfortable and had a great backyard. There are only a few things that should be fixed. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms were lacking lights and even fan blades, the bathroom tub needs new faucets. The kitchen could use some newer fry pans. Just a few things to change and this place would be a 5 star instead of a 4 star. We had a great time and I do recommend staying there.

Great property in a good area of Scottsdale
A really fun house for the 5 if us. The outside area is really cool with the pickle ball court , pool, jacuzzi, fruit trees and a gas BBQ. Inside the bedrooms have comfy beds with lots is linens and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked and the family room and kitchen made for a great family gathering place.
The only thing keeping the house from 5 stars is some minor maintenance issues ( 2 bedroom fans broken, cupboard door in kitchen needing a new hinge jacuzzi would not heat up)) none of these things kept us from truely enjoying our family time in Scottsdale
