My family and I had an excellent stay! The condo was very well cleaned and kept up with. It would be nice to have an extra pod for the pool and card for the beach! For when family goes at separate times. Overall great stay, friendly staff and clean environment.

This condominium was very clean and very accurate description in listing. It was just a walk across a boardwalk to the beach. The price was cheaper than getting separate rooms for sure. Parking was fine, but you only have 2 parking spots for a room that holds 8 people which can be difficult. I understand during busy months when they are full you do have to limit parking so I get it. Overall I would definitely recommend if you have a group of 5 or more.

Excellent condo! Right on ocean with beautiful sunrises from the deck pool or beach !Very comfortable! Stocked well with cooking supplies. New furniture was an added bonus updates are great ! Great parking . Elevator a great help. Will book again!

Great Weekend Getaway

Perfect spot for a long weekend on Amelia, the view was amazing and ease of access to the beach and local restaurants could not be beat.

First time to Amelia Island. Great condo in great location. Beautiful beach. Host company was very good to work with. Shopping and lots of restaurants within 10 minutes. Nicely stocked condo. "Starter set" of supplies (hand, laundry, and dish soap, paper towels and TP) was much appreciated. There is a hair dryer in the master bath. Everyone was very friendly on the island! Looking forward to coming back.
