Most iconic Springhouse accommodation offering a glimpse into our history !Quietly nestled amongst the bucolic farms of Hagerstown. One of the best home away from home experiences we’ve had. Thank you so much for sharing such a beautiful building.
We only stayed overnight and we're on our way the next morning, so we didn't use the kitchen other than for coffee. It was such a fun place to stay as it was modernized, but let you imagine stepping back in time. I loved all of the things that made it unique
This home, the host, and the location are fabulous. The setting is quiet and secluded, yet extremely close to downtown. You can sit quietly on the porch, watch the animals & birds, sit by the fire and in 5 minutes be downtown for dinner, shopping and sites. Close proximity to many historic sites. The host is wonderful, enjoy playing with her dogs, the home is comfortable and well appointed and beautiful. You will not be disappointed.
My daughter and I stayed at the Springhouse and it was an awesome experience. The house has a ton of character and the property is beautiful even in the winter. We also enjoyed the PA Dutch market which is only a few mins down the road.
