We offer luxury, peaceful and affordable accommodation which will provide the holiday you deserve. Our villa (close to the Disney parks) comprises beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and provides a blissful retreat, quiet enough after a day at the parks. This home overlooks a beautiful relaxing lake view. The villa will sleep up to 8-10 people in comfort. For golf lovers, there are several championship golf courses within easy reach, including the famous Greg Norman designed course at the newly completed Champions Gate development, which is only 5 minutes away.5

Fantastic Villa, great location.

The family spent 21 nights in this property over the festive holidays. The property was everything that we expected and more, brilliant pool heater, clean, well maintained and everything you need when staying in Florida. The location is great with shops and restaurants 5-10 mins away. Nice gated community with a great view from the pool area. Easy to get to Disney and the I4 if your heading to Universal. Would certainly stay here again and highly recommend for families with young children, it was very child friendly. The host was one of the best we have ever dealt with and that ensures your holiday gets off on the right foot. Already looking forward to the next visit.

A Relaxing Retreat

We booked this house last minute for a quick getaway to Florida in June. We planned to spend most of our time at the house relaxing by the pool. It was me, my husband, our 17 year old daughter and my 74 year old father in law. We arrived later in the evening than we anticipated and were relieved to find the house exactly as it is pictured on the web site. The gate instructions and the lock box instructions were perfect. The layout was great especially for my elderly father in law since everything was on the same floor. Two of the bedrooms had en suite bathrooms and both of those bathrooms had showers that did not require one to step over a tub. This low threshold shower was perfect for my father in law. The pool was clean and the water was refreshing. We spent hours sitting around the pool in the screened in enclosure. There was a table in the shady alcove. The alcove also had a ceiling fan that kept us perfectly cool when it got too hot in the sun. There were plenty of lounge chairs and other chairs around the pool for relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates, silverware and cups including plastic plates and cups for use by the pool. We did not do a ton of cooking, but there were pots and pans too. As others have mentioned, the beds are firm, but not horrible. The community where this home is located was very quiet. We were surprised at how quiet it was because there were cars everywhere parked along the street. We felt safe in the community and we went jogging around the block several days and felt perfectly safe. The WiFi worked great. We had no issues with the TVs or hot water in shower. Overall, we had a great stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Family Friendly, Quiet community, Close to parks

Over all this house had everything we could have wanted. I will start with the Pros: 1. Lots of space 2. Well stocked kitchen 3. Bathroom are nice 4. Had plenty of starter items, I.e. bathroom tissue, bar soap, dishwasher soap, etc. 5. Plenty of towels 6. X-box 7. toys and blocks for down time if you have small kids 8. pool was large enough that my teen were happy 9. safe community 10. less then 20 minutes from the Disney parks 11. less then 5 miles to the local grocery store, as well as a WaWa, pizza hut, McDonalds, and Dunkin 12. Owners respond very fast to any issues 13. Washer and Dryer were great 14. Internet worked well the entire week Cons: 1. Beds are firm (My husband loved that, but not so much for the princess in the group) 2. Hot water heater is small, can't take 2 showers in a small time frame. So shower times need to be staggered. Due to limited time following our park days, several cold showers were taken. 3. House is dated, carpet has staining and appears old. (did not bother us, but want to give an honest review) 4. TV's were okay, ones in rooms have limited options, but we were at the parks until late into the night, so not an issues for us We would use this house again. We enjoyed our stay. We would have to plan out how to shower best, so no one would have to take a cold shower. Many of us are used to hot water on demand, and with 3 daughters having plenty of hot water is important. With that being said, that one issues would not keep us from staying again. The owners were responsive, and kind. Communicated well, and take good care of their property. Thanks again for the use of your home for our winter vacation.

Great rental

We had an amazing time at this rental. The management company was awesome, attentive and friendly. The beds are really the only complaint we had, too hard. The only other suggestion would be to bring your own blender, if you want to make drinks.

Very Nice. Felt Safe

We had a great time. It was centralized to everything we wanted to do while on vacation. The beds were not the softest, but I did like that they were not too high for a short person like me. The house had everything we needed in the way of essentials. The televisions were a little difficult to operate; especially the one in the living room. It was great for each of us three adults to have our own bathroom. We had a great time.

The house was nice. The beds weren’t very comfortable and there were a couple of issues that appeared to have been just that fo quite a while but I would stay there again.
