Welcome to our gem, which offers a great holiday experience. Our property is ideally purposed for 2 families, up to 10 people max (8 adults max). Along with ski-in & ski-out access, enjoy the new hot tub, custom kitchen, wireless internet, Telus optik TV with PVR, and spectacular mountain views, in the heart of Sun Peaks Ski Resort; ranked 2nd best ski resort in Canada (Whistler being #1, much busier & more expensive). Woodhaven is directly slope-side (ski right up to back door), 15min walk to village, and a short ski out to Morrisey or the new Orient Ski-lift. This gives you access to the entire ski resort!

Comfortably sleeping ten, our three level, 1900 square foot, four bedroom, three bath unit, newly added 10’x11’ mudroom with heated floor is perfect for all the gear & changing. We’ve added a downstairs TV den, ideal for families who want to enjoy a stress-free winter or summer holiday.

The convenience of a private garage allows you to leave your ski (or golf) gear on the main floor level-entry for hassle-free access. Once inside, you will enter to find a fabulous 110 sq ft mudroom with heated floors off the garage. Up to the main floor, beautifully appointed with a flagstone gas fireplace, 50" HD TV, Telus PVR, comfortable living room furniture and heated tile floors throughout. The TV den at front of garage is the perfect room to watch the game, or getaway for kids.

Enjoy the un-obstructed view of Mt. Morrisey right from the comfort of the couch in the living room or the living room balcony. The custom kitchen is fully equipped with Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker & supplies, assortment of spices, utensils and dishes (crockpot incl) - everything you need to create a great meal after an active day of skiing, golfing or hiking. Open the back door to the ski run back home, new private hot tub... maintained year round, and gas-fired barbecue. 4 bedrooms total: one King on main floor; one kids bunkroom (2 twin bunk beds- sleeps 4, each in their own bed); one Queen bedroom; & one King bedroom with it's own ensuite bathroom. High speed wireless internet is provided for your convenience.

This place was perfect. It had everything you could need including fantastic location to the trail! Plenty of towels for the large hot tub and loads of space. The bedrooms were well spaced out so sleeping was great. And Kyle was super responsive to every question I had.

What a treat to be able to ski straight to the lift and then right to the back door! Cozy accommodations with every creature comfort you could ever want. Mud/prep room was massive with heated floors and boot heaters. No problem for seven of us getting ready all at once. Hot tub was served daily and worked great. We’ll definitely be back!

We created some great family memories during Thanksgiving just prior to the ski season. Woodhaven 4 was clean and such a great place to stay for me and family. We walked into the village, had a great family dinner and the smell of coffee in the morning, intermingled with the laughter of my 2 year old grandson was nothing short of magical. Thank you....

We really our time at Woodhaven 4! The bedrooms worked great and the kids loved the media room in the garage. It was a big hit! The main village was a 10-15 minute walk which was really convenient for getting ice cream in the evenings. Overall, a great place to stay for families!
