Exclusive gulf front condo fully furnished with all the necessities and comforts of home. Rest well on brand new high quality mattresses and bedding. Sunseeker is a three story complex with a total of 6 units situated on a quiet boulevard off South Thomas Drive. SunSeeker Unit #2 is a ground floor condo and parking is provided just outside your door. This condo is a favorite for those who do not want to climb stairs and those who enjoy the additional green grass area surrounding the patio. Walk out sliding glass patio doors down the path directly on the white sand for a day at the beach. The condohas a large private patio for enjoying a cup of coffee, a refreshing cold beverage and always a great spot for watching the dolphins play in the surf or taking in a good book. Condo sleeps 6 guests comfortably with a King size bed in the Master, and two Queen sized beds in second bedroom. Master bathroom has an over-sized jetted soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and dressing vanity with double sinks. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all appliances, cooking utensils, eating utensils, pots/pans/bake ware and dishes. There is a new washer and dryer in the condo so you pack lite. All linens and towels are provided. Free Wi-Fi provided and living room/bedrooms have flat screen, cable TV and DVD. Log in to your favorite apps on the smart TVs to enjoy your shows and movies just like at home.

We visited 3/9/21 to 3/12/21 and despite the terrible weather had a great time hanging out in PCB. This location is perfect for those seeking to minimize the beach crowds. Condo is clean and just as advertised. We would definately stay again.

Walk Out and Smell the Salt Air

This was the perfect spot for us. Location is everything and it is close to shopping , great food and best of all walk out the door and travel 50 ft on a boardwalk and step into the sand and 100 more and put your feet in the water. The inside space was more than adequate with spacious bedrooms , kitchen and den. We will be staying here again soon and the host was there for us when needed.

We Loved this Condo

We booked the night before we were to arrive on September 20th and it was a very easy booking and check in process. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed even beach chairs. the master bed was very comfortable and had a fully stocked kitchen. The location was just a few minutes from St Andrews Park and right over the sand dune from the beach. When we go back to Panama City Beach we will book this condo or one in this 6 condo unit from By the Sea Rentals.

Awesome place to vacay.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. We go to Panama City Beach every year. This was our favorite spot yet. It was very quiet, clean and plenty of room. The beds were not 5 star hotel but I did not wake up with back pains every night like some places we have stayed. All the appliances worked fine and there was plenty of dishes. Only real complaint I would say that we had was the chairs outside were all strapped down, which i can understand wanting the chair not to be stolen.... however, we all tripped over the cables multiple times. I myself tripped and fell into the door once. I did not like having to make sure we carefully got up from the table so we did not break a leg or fall over the cables. We spend a lot of time outside so the cables were annoying and the chairs were not comfy at all. It would also have been nice if the big sand pile off the patio was gone. You could not see the beach because of it which was unfortunate. Besides that, place was great. I was able to reach out to the manager and she quickly responded everytime. If we make it to Panama next year, we will stay here again. Hopefully the chairs outside will not be an issue next time. This place overall was a great place. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a little escape from life. Thank you for allowing us to stay here. It was a great week and we enjoyed staying here.

The perfect week

This condo was great, it was just as listed. Loved being on the ground floor. It was very clean and spacious. It was big enough for 6 adults. We go to Panama City Beach every year and this was one of the best condos we stayed at. We will try and book this same condo next year.

I gave a 4 star rating because the email sent me to the wrong unit, so I had to call after not being able to get into the unit after trying several times. I used throw blanket while I was there and find a used band aid stuck to it. Yuck. Otherwise, it was wonderful. Right on the beach. Beautiful views of the Gulf from master bedroom and livingroom.

When you get ready to go the beach, you step off the patio or boardwalk and you are in the sand. Many guests who experience SunSeeker Condo refuse to ever stay at the mega complexes where you are often parking off site in a parking garage and spending hours of you vacation time waiting for elevators. The beach front at SunSeeker is far less crowded than other areas of the beach which means our guests get a front row seat!
