House in gated community. Located about 250 meters from the beach. More than 1,000 m2 of land and 360 m2 of built area. Capacity for 15 people. Description: 3 independent suites with large balcony, 1 bedroom (all with air conditioning), 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet, waterfall pool, whirlpool and shallow end for children, games room with foosball table and official pool, barbecue area with pool view, kitchen (equipped with all utensils including horizontal freezer) and integrated living room - also overlooking the pool, 7 parking spaces. Lots of safety and tranquility for the family. And yet you have all the infrastructure of the condominium: bakery, market, drugstore, ambulatory, ice cream, restaurants, fishing lake, among others. Please pay attention to the item "House Rules".

Carnaval em Boracéia

A casa não estava adequadamente limpa, encontramos muitas baratas tanto na sala como nos banheiros, a propriedade possui 04 quatros sendo 03 suítes, todos com ar condicionado, mas umas das suítes o ar condicionado não estava funcionando a proprietária até tentou arrumar mas não teve sucesso, ficou bem complicado sem um quarto com ar, também tivemos problema com a água, o que causou um transtorno de 14 horas, isso ocorreu por que não fomos informados que caso faltasse água era só ligar a bomba e que é comum acontecer no condomínio quando e alta temporada. A piscina não foi limpa como deveria.

Estavamos em familia, e tinhamos duas criancas viajando conosco, o local é ótimo, próximo à praia, nao precisavamos nem do carro. A recebepção pelo caseiro foi otimo e o contato com a Cláudia sempre foi de fácil acesso.
