This is a fully furnished, clean, and welcoming home with Coral Canyon Golf Course right in your backyard! This home has an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining friends. When not golfing or swimming in the sparkling swimming pools located at the clubhouse, visit St George area attractions like Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Sand Hollow, and the vast opportunities for mountain bike and hiking trails. Be sure to visit Dixie rock. Huge flat-screen TV in the living room and master bedroom.

You will first walk into a large fully equipped kitchen which includes: spices, coffee and coffee maker, nice pots and pans, dishes, silverware, brush nickel refrigerator with ice maker, gas stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and a full large oven perfect for cooking. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with two bar stools which opens up to a dining room table with seating for 6. There is also a built-in desk perfect for hooking your laptop and using the free WiFi.

Coral Vista Villa has a wonderful open floor plan as the kitchen, dining room and living room is very open perfect for entertaining or visiting with family. The living room has a wrap-around sectional sofa, large flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. Your family will enjoy the Blu-ray DVD player with WiFi. Open up the wooden blinds to enjoy the Coral Canyon Golf Course! There is a BBQ and patio furniture on the wrap-around patio. Love to golf? You can stop by and grab a fresh drink from Coral Vista Villa right from the golf course!

The master bedroom has a very soft king-size bed with your own access to the patio with the view and a flat-screen TV! You will also enjoy your own private master bathroom with an oversized bathtub, separate tile shower, and a walk-in closet! The second bedroom has a queen bed and a dresser. The third bedroom has two full beds, a dresser, and a nightstand. Other amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, pool towels, and a 2 car garage with two parking spaces in front. The master bathroom has shower/tub safety bars and a detachable showerhead.

Coral Ridge is centrally located in Washington Utah, just minutes away from downtown St. George, yet only down the road from Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek Reservoir, and amazing off-road trails for adventure! If you spend your day hiking in Zion you will love the two beautiful pools and hot tubs offered. Lovely home.

Felt very comfortable away from home. Nice community and close enough to travel to Bryce Canyon and Zion. Loved the State Parks near by with water! ( especially on the triple digit temperature days) Property Manager communication was timely and instructions helpful for entering and leaving at the end of our vacation. The only thing that would be helpful is instructions for using the remotes on the main TV. We limped along when we chose to watch TV but the bedroom set up was much easier with the remotes.

Great getaway!

This property was WONDERFUL. The listing does not do it justice. Beautifully furnished and a well equipped kitchen with everything you need. We cooked dinner several nights during our stay and it was just like cooking in our own kitchen. It was fun to watch the golfers tee off on the 5th hole. We played the new Copper Rock course (which was awesome) and Sky Mountain (which is always beautiful). The location of this property is great for people that want to golf in Hurricane (and not a bad drive for courses in St. George and Mesquite). One day we just hung out and binged shows on Netflix. I had to contact the property manager to have someone show me how the TV set up worked. The service guy showed up in just a few minutes and was very nice. After he showed us how everything worked, we were good to go. The thing I loved about this unit was that it was so quiet. I know there were families with little kids all around us and I did not hear them once. Going forward, this will be ou place to stay in Southern Utah.
