This luxury 2-Bedroom, 2.5 Bath condo is located in the Rim Village Vista Condominiums with access to basketball, tennis, a pool, and a hot tub. This western themed unit will make you believe you are horseback riding alongside Butch Cassidy! Everything down to the tiniest details will remind you of the old west. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware and all new appliances. The dining room table sits eight, and the kitchen bar sits an additional four people.
The private back patio offers a private hot tub, gas BBQ Grill, and gorgeous views of the east rim and the La Sal Mountains. This patio has afternoon shade while the front patio features sun in the mornings and shade in the afternoon. No matter where you are relaxing in this unit, beautiful views surround you.
Upstairs features two bedrooms, each with private baths and exquisite furnishings. Even more beautiful views are found in these bedrooms. Also located upstairs is a washer and dryer. Throughout the entire unit, you will find Smart TVs and high-speed internet.
Pets are allowed in this unit and there is plenty of space for dog walking surrounding the complex. There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. Several properties have a limitation on the number and type of pets. Please inquire for any pets other than dogs and for any number above 2 pets. Pets are never allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. Your rental agreement will reflect that no pets are allowed if you have not paid a pet fee, even if you have reserved a pet-friendly unit. We will need to have a credit card on file for any reservations with a pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost ($20/night/pet) to the reservation before you are charged. In listing or mentioning a pet on your reservation, you are authorizing Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals to charge this pet fee.
In order to protect you and the property we have partnered with Safely, a 3rd party screening and property insurance company. This screening is very quick and simply verifies your ID and checks against criminal and internal databases. It provides peace of mind should any small damage occur during your stay, and helps to eliminate credit card fraud. You should receive an email from Safely shortly after booking (please check your SPAM or junk mail). Please follow the included instructions to complete the process and verify your reservation. Special monthly rates for Safely Insurance and Screening are available for longer stays and may be added on to stays over 30 nights after booking.
