Welcome to The Heritage Suite at Second Street Cottages!

The Heritage Suite is located just two blocks from the center of Ashland, including the Oregon Shakespeare Festival theaters, delightful shops, and unique restaurants.
It is one of two separate suites at Second Street Cottages: a turn-of-the-century home now completely renovated as a travelers' accommodation. It is located on a lovely, quiet residential street in the historic Railroad District. We welcome guests to spacious, fresh rooms and wonderful outdoor spaces.
The Heritage Suite:
- 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (sleeps up to 8 people)
Consisting of:
* Two bedrooms with private baths and queen beds, and
* Two bedrooms with twin beds and a shared bath
- Living room, dining area
- Large, fully-equipped kitchen
- Oversized front porch and patio
The Heritage Suite has all the amenities: spacious rooms, hardwood floors, finely-appointed furnishings, TV/DVD player, free WiFi, and central air/heat.
The Heritage Suite has its own private entrance, an oversized front porch with table and chairs (seats 6) for outdoor dining – as well as casual sitting area for enjoying coffee, drinks, or just relaxing.
Please note there are security cameras on the exterior of the property.
Life is uncertain - we strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance for your trip. In the event of a last minute emergency or need to cancel, travel insurance offers peace of mind for all. Please consider this as we cannot offer refunds outside of our stated policies.
Second Street Cottages also has a charming 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom unit: The Garden Suite. It can be seen at VRBO listing # 737950. Although the two suites are independent units, they can be rented together at the same time (depending upon availability). Please call for availability of a one night reservation. We are happy to accommodate if possible.

Small town charm with big city sophistication, world-class theatre, restaurants, shopping and a backdrop of magnificent mountains and beauty everywhere virtually all year round!

Second Street Cottages is ideally located if you are looking forward to enjoying short walks to wonderful restaurants, world-class theatre, fabulous shopping, unique art, great coffee houses, exciting nightlife, tasting rooms, Lithia Park and more (all within one to three blocks of the house). Described as a “year-round paradise” Ashland draws visitors from around the world during all of its magnificent four seasons. This location is the perfect "home base" -- 90 minutes to Crater Lake (one of the “Natural Wonders of the World”); nearby Britt Festival brings renowned music and entertainment and over 200 wineries and micro-brew establishments in the region. Within minutes of downtown Ashland there is world class white water rafting, kayaking and fishing, mountain biking, hiking, birding, golfing, skiing, snowshoeing, and Creek to Crest and Pacific Crest Trails. Ashland has become a popular destination for wedding and annual family reunion location with an international airport less than 15 minutes away in Medford, OR. Both units on this property can be rented (depending upon availability) and will accommodate up to 13 guests.
