Great Stay - Comfortable and Conveniently Located

Everything was great! We had a group and rented all three suites. The amenities were as described. The suites are decorated beautifully and very comfortable! Would definitely stay again.

We rented all 3 suites. They were spotless and very comfortable. We loved being able to walk to plays, shopping and restaurants in downtown Ashland. We also enjoyed having our own kitchen so we didn't have to go our for every meal. Lovely Inn!

Property was great for our family. Everyone had their own space yet could meet upstairs in the living room. Serious problem trying to open the doors with the wrong door codes. Frustrating being told the code worked for the cleans, implying that I wasn't performing adequately. Three family members tried and failed, requirement several phone calls. Couldn't text the number that texted me the codes!!!

We had a great stay! The property is beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. The beds and linens were excellent, and the hot tub and grill were both in great working order. The location was convenient for exploring Ashland.One thing to know is that all three suites (one upstairs and two downstairs) are set up more like hotel suites with mini kitchens than full vacation rental kitchens. Each has a small refrigerator, microwave, compact dishwasher, and induction hot plate. We were traveling with five adults and a dog. Since pets are only allowed in the downstairs suites, that became our main gathering space. We had planned to cook several meals, but the downstairs kitchen wasn't really equipped for a group. There were no spatulas (we borrowed one from upstairs), the induction cooktop wouldn't work with our Bialetti coffee maker, and there wasn't enough table space for all five of us to eat together, so we ended up carrying meals upstairs.The laundry room is shared and accessed through a separate exterior entrance rather than directly from any of the suites. The side yard was nice for our dog, but there is an opening under the stairs where a pet could escape, so supervision is recommended.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it, especially for smaller groups or guests planning to spend most of their time exploring Ashland and eating most meals out.

Great location especially for SOU graduation! Could really have used one full kitchen! I missed that detail so it was challenging cooking full meals for our large group. Lovely outdoor spaces. Easy to communicate with host.
