We had a great time at your place:.lovely quiet location and plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 kids to play and hang out . Heating worked well as it was a winter stay.kitchen had lots of herbs and spices and all the appliances, cutlery and crockery needed to cook and dine for a large group. A few more dishwasher tablets would have helpful as well as topped up dishwasher detergent in the kitchen as we ran out on the second day. Minor things though as we had a great stay with our extended family. Thank you!
The house was beautifully-presented and comfortable. A bonus to find lots of children's books in the kids' bunk bedroom. Quick access to beaches and cafes in nearby towns. Highly recommended place to stay.
Beautifully styled house in a great location. We loved our stay.

"Lovely Family Getaway"
We recently stayed at the 'Contemporary Coastal Retreat' with my family, including our pet dog. The size of the property is excellent with two living areas, four bedrooms and three bathrooms (2 ensuites). The kitchen is a great size and 'workable' when there are 8 or 9 adults to cater to. Rye pier and beach was a 5-minute drive and Rye Ocean Beach at the end of Dundas Street was a 30-minute walk.
Along Dundas St, just before the beach are a strip of shops. One of them (can't recall the name at 360 Dundas St) had beautiful pastries, bread, muffins, and pies, etc. I would highly recommend it if you are in the area.
Some issues we came across;
1. No bins in the bathrooms
2. No handwash in the soap dispenser containers in each bathroom.
3. The bed-linen had marks (in Two bedrooms)
4. Several of the Roman blinds were damaged, therefore could not be rolled up.
5. There were no fly screens or screen doors, therefore too many flies came into the house.
6. No draws in the bedrooms to put away our items/clothing.
7. Weak Wifi, also radio on amplifier did not work and no instructions on how to get it to work
8. Broken handle on the outdoor Shade Umbrella. Which made the shade umbrella 'unusable'
9. The rubbish bins (External) were full when we arrived.
10. Many walls/windows had dirty marks. My son noticed a reddish mark behind the bedroom door in the room with bunk beds.
Overall, the property had many good qualities. The issues listed are easily addressed.
Lovely modern home. Kitchen and dining area were spacious and very well equipped. Beautiful bathrooms and super comfortable beds all added up to make this a wonderful week away with friends. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again
