Our dedicated cleaners make sure the place sparkles between guests. Feel free to tidy up before you go – even just taking out the garbage helps. Leaving the home reasonably neat helps our cleaners work their magic!

• Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in: 3:00 pm
Check-out: 9:00 am
If confirming your booking on the same day as check-in, there might be a slight delay. Rest assured, we'll strive for a timely check-in experience.

• Keys:
One key set provided. A $200 charge applies for key loss or damage. Keys are kept inside; locksmith fees, if needed, are your responsibility.

• Late Check-outs:
Significant delays incur a late fee from our cleaners. You may cover this fee if it arises.

•Smoking Policy:
Our property maintains a strict non-smoking policy. This applies to all areas, including the interior of the unit, patio, and balcony. Any violation of this policy will result in a $250 fee being charged.

• Party Policy:
While we're all about fun, please keep gatherings within our guest limit. Exceeding it leads to booking cancellation with no refund.
