DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
A delightful open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and an abundance of natural lighting welcome you in. The sliding glass doors to the outdoor area open up and hide into the walls of the house making this a seamless indoor/outdoor living space. Tile floors and ceiling fans throughout keep the home feeling cool on a warm summer's day. Take advantage of the updated and fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite family meals that can be enjoyed either in the indoor dining area for 4 (with an additional breakfast nook for 2) or outside either on the deck with dining for 4 or poolside dining area for 4. Life doesn't get any sweeter than out in the garden oasis with peaceful sounds of your pool's waterfall and palm trees swaying in the breeze. 

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The first level comes with the master suite with a king size bed and en suite full bathroom with a shower and a his and hers sink. This room is equipped with plenty of storage space and a flat screen TV. A convenient half bathroom can be found adjacent to the great room area. Upstairs you will find another queen guest bedroom with a flat screen TV and an en suite full bathroom with a shower. Steps down the hall is another guest room with a queen size bed and en suite full bathroom with a shower. This home is the perfect setting for families or couples traveling with friends.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Spoil all your tropical cravings out in the lush outdoor pool gardens with incredible spacious deck area. The heated pool comes with a waterfall and has loungers surrounding to enjoy the Key West sunshine. The covered back porch comes with cozy lounge furniture, ceiling fans and a propane grill to grill up your fresh catch of the day. This is the perfect neighborhood for biking and walking and just a short car ride away into downtown Key West to find all the main attractions. Smoking is not permitted in the indoor or outdoor areas of the home.

Off street parking is available for your convenience.

PETS...
Pets up to 30 pounds are considered. Please either inquire prior to booking, or make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, AND include size, breed, and age of the pet in Comments/Special Requests.

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).
