Casa Verde - Perfection in a monthly rental - private pool - RealKeyWest

The moment you walk thru the door you are greeted by soothing tropical colors and high vaulted ceilings.
The large master en suite is located on the first floor. It has a large closet and bathroom. The bathroom has a clawed tub and stand up shower with access to an outdoor shower if wishing to live like a local.
The Living Room is most inviting. There are large built ins that have everything you need for a family fun vacation. Watch movies on the large TV or play some games. The Dining table can hold up to 8 with additional seating at the kitchen island. Great place for a Holiday gathering.
All the sliding doors open up to the Waterfall pool so you can extend your party outside and enjoy the heated pool and spa. Lounge in the sun by days and star gaze at night.
Upstairs is where you'll find two large en suite guest rooms, one with a queen and the other are two singles which can be converted into a king upon request.
This house is truly a treasure.
Monthly only and sorry no pets accepted.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I had decided to spend our second winter after retirement in key west. we have been several times and also for a week and feb 2022 in KW.We found casa verde to rent and we were very happy with our decision. the home fit our needs and wants very well.we had a couple of early issues and preferred properties were prompt in resolving them. the location was perfect for us, a short walk to coffee in the morning and good restaurants.Our only complaint would be the outdoor grill was not up to what we like when grilling. we love to grill outside especially the fresh fish we get at the marina.We ended up having to cut our stay short due to a death in the family. preferred properties were very helpful and understanding in helping us terminate our stay.

Beautiful home, outstanding location,

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting a house in KW for the last several years and hands down Casa Verde is the best house we have stayed in. Starting with the location of the house, super quiet private street but a 5 minute bike ride to EVERYTHING KW has to offer. We couldn’t have chosen a better house, the pics of the house are amazing but actually seeing the house in person is breath taking. Kudos to the owner of this beautiful home, from the furnishings to the amazing landscaping around the entire property and super private backyard which we loved. We will be staying here again. The staff at preferred properties were super attentive to all of our needs. Phil was the property manager overseeing our stay and he was fantastic, anytime I called or texted with a question they immediately contacted me back. They truly care about their guests. Thank you for a fantastic stay and we will see you again.

Quite perfect

We could have not been happier with the home, and are very likely to reach out and ask to lease it again next July. The pool and backyard, while Key West sized, are tranquil and very private! The pool is even just big enough to swim in, which is a rareity on the island. As for the home itself, the bedrooms were all generous in size, everyone had their own bathroom, and the expansive living area was a perfect gathering point. We were also lucky enough to experience a tropical storm during our stay, and the house rock solid throughout- not a shudder even in 65 mph winds! We enjoyed the privacy of our street, and the included parking, as well. Our month long stay was everything we had hoped for, and we cannot wait to go back to the green house.
