Artee House - A Bright Escape

Centrally located with views of the surrounding hills and mountains, Artee house is large and inviting for families and groups of friends to enjoy Bright.

This beautifully presented three level home with five bedrooms and three bathrooms is the perfect getaway sleeping ten guests.

The house is equipped with several split systems and a wood fire for Winter comfort. In the Summer the open deck takes advantage of the cool breezes coming off the mountains.

Outdoor entertaining area with a large outdoor setting, BBQ and a large yard to take in the views.


Bedrooms -

Ground Level:

Bedroom 1:
King bedroom, reverse cycle split-system, ensuite with large spa bath, shower, basin and toilet.

Lower Level:

Bedroom 2: 2 X Single Beds, split system
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed

Bathroom sits between these two bedrooms.

Upper Level:

Bedroom 4: Single Bed, split system
Bedroom 5: Trilogy Bunk, split system

All bedding, linen and bath towels are provided. BYO river/pool towels.

Pricing for this property is based on a 6-person base rate. Additional guest sur-charge per person per night applies.

Wifi: Whilst we do anticipate Wifi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. Wifi availability is dependent on the network provider.
Bright Escapes will not be held accountable for network errors.

* Please note firewood for heating is supplied from the 1st of May until the 30th of September.
You will be supplied with an allocation of 1 night's firewood, if extra wood is required you will need to purchase it yourself.
The property does have other heating inside besides the wood heater *.

Bunk Beds:

*Please note: Due to OH&S and the safety of our cleaning staff, all top bunks at the property won’t be made up on arrival, the appropriate linen will be left folded up at the end of the bed*

Cleaning Policy

For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern with 24hrs of arrival to the office.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobilewithin 24hrs of arrival.
We will require photo evidence to support any claim.
