The layout of the property is perfect with 3 bedrooms downstairs, 2 with queen bed and 1 with 2 single beds, bathroom and laundry. The downstairs bedroom makes a great kids room with TV and access to the rear grassed yard. Upstairs has a large open plan area with spacious kitchen, comfortable lounges, Wi-Fi, large TV and excellent dining area. The master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite and front balcony with amazing hill views. The open plan living area also has a separate powder room.
