Sea Escape Port Elliot-a fabulous place to escape the stresses of life!

For your added security, this property is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas.
Sea Escape" is No.4 Lady Emma Court (located at the eastern end of Ocean Rd Pt. Elliot) and sleeps 10.
In one minute you can enjoy fantastic surf and body boading, or walk along one of the most beautiful S.A. beaches. Only a 5 minute drive to the beautiful McCracken Golf Club and only 10 or 15 minutes to the magnificent Victor and South Lakes courses, great coffee shops, restaurants and beaches

Upstairs the house comprises a spacious lounge and dining area with a Plasma TV, free unlimited WiFi reverse cycle air conditioning , a master bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom, a kitchen and pantry fully equipped with all modern conveniences including dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, pyrolytic oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, sandwich maker, milkshake maker, Nespresso Coffee Machine, kettle & all cookware, crockery, glassware & cutlery.

There is a spacious deck on 2 sides of the house (with an outdoor table, chairs and gas BBQ) which take in fantastic panoramic sea and rural views. There are also views across to Granite Island and Victor Harbor. The lights are stunning at night!

Downstairs there are 2 more queen size bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 bunks in each (sleeping 4 more people),a second bathroom/laundry and a retreat/playroom with a second TV, books and games for your enjoyment.
When hiring please note:
Doonas, covers and pillows are provided. All extra linen (sheets, pillow cases, towels, tea towels, mats etc) can be hired from Victor linen (www.victorlinen.com.au) or you can BYO.
The property is strictly NO SMOKING-decks included.

This is a well appointed house with plenty of space and modern amenities. The upstairs living area has wonderful ocean views and there was ample space for our group of 4. The 3 Queen bedrooms were a decent size with the other room having bunks; the ordering in of the linen package went seamlessly. Thank you Helen for accommodating us and we hope to get back there again.

Beautiful getaway

We love this beautiful holiday home. It is perfect for accommodating our large family. We have 6 children, there is plenty of room for everyone. It’s in a brilliant position for the beach and the shops. We look forward to coming back again!!

Sea Escape was the perfect place for our extended family (6 adults and 5 children) to explore the beautiful peninsula. Clean, spacious, well equipped and with beautiful glimpses of the ocean to connect us to the stunning coast line. What a great property in a lovely spot. Beautiful views across the bay to Victor Harbor and easy walk into Port Elliot and down to Boomer and Knights Beaches. Property is lovely, clean and modern with everything you need for two to three families. Communication with the owners was outstanding. Would highly recommend!

Dream Break

We had the happiest holiday. The house was perfect for our large family. Close to the beach and the shops and cafes. On the hot days we swam on the cooler days we looked out of the enormous windows, played backgammon and watched the world go by. We will definitely be back.

The house location is fantastic - warm and cosy in winter with stunning views of the sea and coastline. The house layout makes a stay with two families very easy. The children appreciated the games and equipment available for their use. We will definitely come back again!

Everyone enjoyed the house & location immensely. Lots of lovely thoughtful extras at the house. Great pantry, cooking & serving items - all you could ever want. Air Con remote missing - luckily it wasn't too hot or cold as it wasn't operational. Hosts were excellent.

Great family getaway

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as I’d remembered it. So close to the beach and being able to hear the waves was what we came for. The house was also very well equipped, with everything we needed, and more. The addition of a coffee machine was very appreciated (once I worked out how to use it!) We were lucky with the weather, as there was no wind, so the balcony was well used. A perfect way to spend a family holiday, to celebrate my mother in law turning 80!
