Located 5 minutes from the Lukyanivska metro station, 1 stop by metro to city center – can be reached in 15 minutes, 2 minutes from Sichovykh Striltsiv (Artema) Street, 15 minutes from Podil (best venues and bars) and club Closer. The central square of the city – Maidan Nezalezhnosti can be reached by bus or metro in 15 minutes. There are 2 big supermarkets in walking distance (5-7 minutes).

Flat is clean and well-designed, in a quite place in central part of a town – perfect for rest after a long day in the city or partying at night. All main destinations are in walking distance or 15-20 minutes drive by taxi or metro.

Perfect for young people and couples. There is a cosy bed, wi-fi, water heater and air conditioning. Fresh towels, shampoo and soap always included. Also in the kitchen you can find everything for cooking, tea, coffee, sugar. You will enjoy your staying here.
