700 meters from Itaúna beach, 9 min walk. The atmosphere is large, airy and comfortable. My space is good for couples and families (especially with children). 3 floors with 6 bedrooms, 4 suites with double bed (1 with child bed), 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds, one with double) with independent bathrooms, 1 toilet + 1 bathroom in the outdoor area. 2 flat-screen / cable TV rooms. Ceiling Fan or Air Conditioner. Swimming pool with waterfall and separate space for small children. Large lawn 700m2.

Casa Excelente e super confortável!
Simplesmente apaixonada pela casa,por toda a infra estrutura ,os Proprietários são simplesmente Perfeitos,super atenciosos!
A casa pessoalmente ainda muito mais bonita,tem tudo o que se precisa!!
Uma ótima área de lazer,os cômodos com espaços .

A casa é maravilhosa e muito próxima da praia! Os cômodos são grandes e arejados, a piscina com deck molhado é divina e o wifi disponível só deixa tudo melhor. Perfeita pra família.

Diversão e relaxamento garantidos!
A localização do imóvel é ótima, são menos do que dez minutos de caminhada até a Praia de Itaúna e de carro para o Centro de Saquarema é muito rápido. A casa é arejada e confortável, possuindo uma excelente área de lazer composta, principalmente, pela churrasqueira e pela piscina, cujo deck molhado é ótimo para crianças e adultos relaxarem tanto após a praia como após um excelente churrasco.
A infraestrutura é ótima com diversos quartos e banheiros, rede Wi-Fi e TV a cabo. A sala ampla é um excelente ponto de convivência, bem como as duas salas de TV ou a agradável varanda externa.
Em todos os lugares e em oportunidades de contato pudemos verificar a atenção e cuidado dos proprietários. Eu e minha família esperamos retornar em breve!

The location of the property is great, it is less than ten minutes walk to Itaúna Beach and by car to the Saquarema Center is very fast. The house is airy and comfortable, and has an excellent recreation area, mainly composed by the barbecue and the swimming pool, whose wet deck is great for children and adults to relax both after the beach and after an excellent barbecue.
The infrastructure is great with several rooms and bathrooms, Wi-Fi network and cable TV. The large living room is an excellent meeting point, as well as the two TV rooms or the pleasant outside balcony.
Everywhere and in contact opportunities we were able to check the attention and care of the owners. Me and my family hope to return soon!

Excelente casa e super satisfeita com a hospedagem
A casa é bastante arejada e muito confortável. Possui toda a estrutura necessária para o bom funcionamento (cozinha, sala, quartos). O jardim com piscina, churrasqueira fechou com chave de ouro. Além disto, a receptividade e carinho dos proprietários fizeram toda a diferença e o caseiro 100% em atenção e disponibilidade. Parabéns eu e minha família adoramos e voltaremos em breve.
