• MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: SIX (6) PERSONS TOTAL including children



• PET POLICY: Pets are negotiable with rules and an additional fee (plus tax) PER PET PER STAY. All pet fee(s) may not be included in the total price shown for your booking and will be automatically added and/or requested separately.



• NO AIR CONDITIONING: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans will be provided.



• PARKING: Limited to 3 compact vehicles (fewer when snow conditions exist). Street parking is never permitted.



• DISCLOSURES: *Wildlife in area. It is possible to have bears, coyotes, raccoons on property and at times, mice or even bats found in homes in the area.



This home is super comfortable and private plus conveniently located close to beaches, recreation areas, shops, restaurants, and ski areas. Walking distance to downtown and Kings Beach State Park/Beach.

**** Some amenities offered are seasonal. Grill and Deck are available only in the peak summer months.****



Home also features an open floor plan with a flat-screen TV with Streaming capabilities, a gas fireplace in the living room, an updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances: gas range, fridge with top freezer, and dishwasher. The dining table seats 6 plus more outside on the gated rear deck with patio furniture and gas grill (summer only).



One of the bedrooms includes a queen bed and feels bigger due to the mirrored sliding closet doors. The bathroom just off the front entry is bright and built-in cabinets and a corner shower area. The second bedroom boasts a custom built "bunk" bed. The floor and middle level beds are full sized, and the top bed is queen sized because it is tucked into an alcove and is accessible by a ladder at the end of the beds. There is also a television that's connected to a DVD/VCR player in this room.



House also has a unitized washer/dryer and a newer 40 gallon water heater. Close to shops and restaurants, 7 miles to Northstar, on bus line.

This place was perfect for a weekend at the lake with friends! However, the registration process with the rental company was a bit excessive. I don’t agree they need all of the information they requested for just a weekend stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental property looked nothing like was advertised in the photos. No wall coverings different appliances in the kitchen not the same furniture throughout the house. Exterior was a mess piles of leaves and Pineneedles everywhere. Property, managers were terrible. House was not cleaned and ready at time of check-in. No inspection of the outdoor areas lead to a bear encounter in backyard at 2am due to leftover trash from previous renters. Management failed to return our calls. I am military veteran of 30 years and a fairly patient man simply recommend you do not rent this house for the price they are advertising. Manage your expectations.

Two bedrooms one with queen bed and second with a Triple bunk bed with full size mattresses. -Could be a challenge for some but worked out well for us (6 guests). Great location in Kings beach, near main road, close to lake, restaurants, casino, and grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Recommend for small family getaway.

Loved this location and the cabin. Will definitely be back. It was mostly just me ans my dog and my partner stayed with me on weekends during my 3 weeks here at the cabin!

Great Getaway

We were traveling for work with my family and 2 pooches and this quaint spot was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and the triple bunkbeds for my older kids were large and comfortable. Great spot, we'd definitely stay again!

The place was cute. I would suggest putting a pillow top cover over the mattress, the bed was uncomfortable. Also finding the light switches is a little wonky. And unfortunately the neighbors across the street have too many cars and park in front of the house and in dirt driveway.

Ideal location

This cute, 2 bedroom home was perfectly located around the corner from my daughter's home and a short walk to the lake. It was clean and roomy for my husband and me and had an extra bedroom which could sleep another 4 people, but with only 1 bathroom, that would be a little crowded! The kitchen was nice but not well stocked. We had no soup spoons and no cookie sheet. The management company was very responsive to our problems. The wi-fi was not working, and there was no hair dryer.They came out immediately to fix the wi-fi and bring a hair dryer. The first night I had to take a cold shower because the hot water wasn't working, but North Tahoe Rental Co. came out the next morning to fix the problem. When we asked about the broken shade in the master bedroom, we were told the owners knew about it but didn't want to replace it. It would have been nice to be able to open the shade.
