Our guests, esp. families, LOVE Pineapple Palms - our 8 bedrooms/ 6 baths beach home!

When standing in front of the house you can see the ocean at the end of the street.

It is great for large family gatherings and because it is a duplex you get 2 kitchens, 2 washers, 2 dryers, 2 king suites, 4 queen bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds, 2 daybeds and plenty of space to spread out. Staircases are exterior and upstairs & downstairs have separate locks for the added privacy that you may want.

So many comment that they love having two kitchens, especially at breakfast and lunchtime. You have enough space to make it more enjoyable for everyone.

You can grill out by the pool on the gas grill or sit in the rockers on the front porches and feel the ocean breeze.

There is high-speed internet service. The TVs in the living areas have 60-inch flat screens. There are brand new flat screens in all 8 bedrooms.
We provide sheets, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths, dish towels, etc...

We provide lots of baby items. There are 2 cribs, a toddler bed, 2 packnplays, 2 high chairs, baby swing, bouncy seat, baby bathtub, jumper, etc...It is located in the house in the Master BR closets.

We try to keep the kitchens well stocked with everything you will need. There are up-to-date new coffee makers that are dual purpose.You can brew coffee by the pot or by the cup with a pod. We also have tea kettle, toasters, stand mixer, blenders, pancake griddles, three crock pots, large pots, and pans. There are lots of dishes. There are can openers, wine openers, wine glasses, etc...There are baking dishes, cookies sheets, cake pans, muffin tins, mixing bowls, etc...

Each refrigerator has an ice maker with a cold water dispenser on the front . There are disposals and dishwashers.

There is a laundry room in each unit with an LG full-size front loading washer and dryer. There are ironing boards and irons in each unit too!

The large pool table upstairs is a popular place to gather for some extra fun on vacation! There is a Pac-Man video game, too! Who doesn't like Pac-Man!

The pool is very nice. It is heated during certain months of the year. In April, May, Sept., and Oct. the pool heater is turned on to keep the temperature between 85 and 87 degrees. In November - March, it's too cool in the evening to maintain the temperature so it is not heated in those months for this reason.

The location is so close to the popular attractions. Barefoot Landing is 3 miles away, the Tanger Outlets are 5 miles away and Broadway at the Beach is a 15 - 20-minute ride.

We have ONE security camera on the utility pole out front. Also, there is a motion sensor inside near the front door-only used when the house is NOT rented.
